I am not sure if this is superior to others because of their amount or just because it was my first time using it. At first, meaning the first bottle. I achieved a great effect when using about 20 drops that felt like a rush/punch in the face. I wasn't looking for anything but a mild anxiolytic, and I think it does that sometimes, and other times I have a paradoxical reaction where it makes me panic more. I do react extremely strangely to things, but Kava almost seems to heighten my awareness which can sometimes randomly decrease or increase my anxiety. It also gave me a mild desire of increased interest with my first bottle. These effects were never replicated again when stopping it, and then trying it later for what I thought was tolerance. It also is short acting. Maybe like 1 hour for me, and creates insane levels of nausea that personally lasted over 1 day from one use. Product is legit, and good though which is what the consumer cares about, and what has influenced this rating.

Does the job. Very relaxing. I like to put a few drops in a beverage to make a "mocktail".

Probably not a great idea for daily use as I can cause kidney damage, but as an occasional tool in the stress-reduction toolkit, it’s gold.

I’ve had so many quality Kava products in the past 5 years since my journey with alcohol alternatives began. Do NOT buy this product. I’ve never given a bad review in my life so i assure you this is not only not good Kava , it’s terrible quality and smells highly of rubbing alcohol. kava always has the classic terrible kava taste but this was alcohol and literally burned.

It does the job however, the alcohol in this extract & kava is not a great mix, after 5 days of consumption my face & body has welts and I have a severe rash from this product. Sorry to say I won’t be continuing taking this because it’s made with alcohol. . Alcohol & kava is toxic together. will stick to drinking it the traditional way.Day 4 of stopping my face swells more everyday. The itching is unbearable. I may have had an allergic reaction to this particular brand been doing extensive research. Everything points to Kava allergy not fun and wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Please be careful with the dropper I wasn’t able to get the right dosage may have went overboard.

It numbs my tongue but also chills me out. I dig it.

The first two days I used it I felt relaxed and I could feel the effects of my tongue and lips getting numb. I will also mention the first night I used it, I woke up in the middle of the night and had explosive diarrhea (that never happens). I looked up the side effects and they include, "Commonly reported side effects of kava use include headaches, sleepiness, sedation, diarrhea and distinctive skin rashes called “kava dermopathy”." If your trying to become sober this is not the product for you. It will make you crave wanting to drink even more because it has mild effects. I also bought this for sleep but if its gonna wake me up in the middle of the night its not worth it. It caused my stomach to hurt every time I took it. After a few days I tried to take it again for sleep and I no longer felt any effects. Seems like you have to take it once a month to feel anything.

Very relaxing. Actually numbs the inside of your mouth if you try to take it sublingually. Remember it's alcohol-based, so it will sting if you take it sublingual. Because it numbs your mouth, that means that the extract is very potent. So the quality is superior. The ease of use can I be any easier because it's just a little dropper that you use. The smell, smells like alcohol. One very important side effect about this, it will give you very lucid dreams. I did not dream almost at all, but when I started taking this I would have the craziest dreams. So keep that in mind
