In 3 tablets you get over 70% of your daily needs of magnesium glycinate. In other words the capsules arent rated by weight rather by elemental magnesium. Many brands may say for example 500mg per capsule but in the 500mg a small part is magnesium. Good stuff in this product.

This stuff is honestly life changing. I take 300mg before bed and sometimes another 100mg during the day if I feel like I need it. I struggle a lot with tension and pain, especially in my upper back and neck, and this has seriously changed the game for me. I feel way less tense, my pain is way better, I am less anxious, and I am sleeping better too.It also does help me stay regular if you know what I mean, but it is not uncomfortable at all. No loose stool or anything weird like that (TMI but important). It just works really well and makes me feel so much better overall.I love this and I am never going to stop buying it.

I always get this brand for any supplements I buy. These do have that kinda-gross power taste, but if you take it with flavored water or other beverage it will mask it just fine VS just drinking w plain water. Worth noting- I have gotten the best sleep of my LIFE while taking these. I won’t be with out them now.

My doctor recommended Magnesium for digestive aid. Works fantastic. Not too large where it makes the capsule hard to swallow
