Arrived quickly and efficiently. Only 4 days into taking them so it's too early to report. However, I was taking St John's Wort for 2 months before moving over to these and already feeling better for it having felt lethargic before which meant drinking 2 strong cups of coffee a day - you're not meant to mix with them.. Maca doesn't conteract against caffeine, not to mention boost your energy levels alone.Going forwards I feel very optimistic about these to balance my hormones.. combining with vitamin B6.

I was skeptical but I feel the difference

Very peppery. These need taking with food or you get the worst heartburn. Almost gave me an instantaneous asthma attack the first time I took them. Take with caution but otherwise very good

These are easy to swallow and are pretty much tasteless.

Tried this before starting hrt now taking along side hrt. It does seem to help slightly. Will continue using it

It is very nice for me that it has natural ingredients. It was easy to use. The size of the tablets was ideal and nice. I used it for hormonal balancing. I started to see the effect after regular use. It also had positive benefits in terms of energy, but I don't know if it was because of the other supplements I used or if this was enough on its own. Overall, I was satisfied.

It's a little early to see if they have had much of an impact, however for the first time in 5 months I have had a positive ovulation test, however it could be coincidental.They have a peppery taste however nothing to over powering.Great value for money.Tablets are relatively easy to take, are good quality, however can be a little sharp if you don't take with plenty of water.
