These bars are my daily GO TO!! Very tasty and filling. If you like figs (Fig Newtons) then you will love these!!! The ingredients are simple and straight forward. Take your time eating these, they are chewy and can get caught in your teeth! 🤣🤣

These are probably one of the cleanest protein bars out there. Cleanest meaning the most natural ingredients and most simple but effective ingredients. Only has literally dates, egg whites and peanuts. I saw these at Costco but decided to buy on Amazon because wanted to try first and they taste amazing. Only has 190 calories and 12 grams of protein which is pretty rare for bars to have. I use to eat other protein bars and they would have at most 6g protein which is half of this bar. I think this is so worth it if you workout and exercise. I breastfeed and pump and these bars have been a life saver for a late night nutritional snack. Recommend 100%

Delicious and has a lot of fiber. When my blood sugar is crashing, these will stablize it very quickly too. I keep one of these in my purse when I have to spend the day running errands.

Taste good. More chewy than I thought it would be.

I love that these bars aren't crazy and have limited ingredients which I can pronounce. They're quite filling and taste great. I throw them in my work bag for a little afternoon pick me up.
