Ergonomic perfection
First, these attachments arrived great packaging. I was surprised at the weight of the box and discovered why when I opened the box. Each handle is exceptional in quality and design. I couldn't wait for back day to try these out, so I did a set of 10 reps with each attachment and was amazed at the grip design and range of motion. Excellent product. Perfect addition to any home gym.

Heavy
These are well made and robust. They're rubberized which gives it a great grip so it's not slippery. It's a great workout. They're pretty heavy, so you'll have to offset your weights to compensate

Great bang for your buck
If you're really looking to take the next step up in building your back I HIGHLY recommend this. For what you get, it's great value. Good build quality that you can feel isn't cheap. I was taking a few pieces with me to my local gym, that is until I was able to talk them into buying this same set. I know use it in my home gym if I'm pinched for time and can't make it out. Love it.

Solid -Well made
Purchased as a gift for my husband who loves to use our cable functional trainer. Love all the different lengths/sizes of these. Has a nice grip area that’s not too wide. Great value but my only complaint is that it only came with two eye hooks. Each one should have come with their own as they are larger wider hooks. My hooks are too small.

The effect is excellent.
For a pull up bar this is a very solid bar. The handles also have good grip handles. Works out back/biceps/triceps more. Looks great. I am very impressed with this bar and highly recommend it.

Attachment bent beyond repair
This item worked great for about a month. I was using it for Lat pull downs at about 150 lbs of traction. Today my buddy, a bigger guy, loaded 250 lbs on the lat pulldown and the bar deformed to the point it was unusable. The item description states max traction of 880 lbs. The comfort and range of motion are great. The build quality is just terrible. Would not recommend for super heavy lifters.

Better/safer positioning for shoulders, leading to more weight moved, resulting in better back results.
