Used to fill gaps around interior window frames and sills. Easy to use and doesn't seem to have cracked yet - 3 months on - unlike the cheaper stuff. Makes the windows look cleaner and overall more polished. It's likely less draughty too. Although it doesn't have the flex of silicone, it is paintable which makes it great for the job.

I got this to seal round secondary double glazing frame that had never been properly sealed. This made a good deal and after running round with a wet finger, the finish was perfect. I'll have to wait to see how long it lasts.

First thing - this is NOT meant to be sanded! People complaining about sanding haven't read the description.It is a "no-sand" crack filler and it works great for that purpose. Don't try filling a large hole with this stuff.I used it to fill the cracks where I'd boxed in some pipework. I left overnight before painting (although description says 1 hour is OK) and it accepted the emulsion brilliantly.
