I have to say I was close to returning it because it was a bit small on me. I have to say it does run very small in my opinion. Other then that its an amazing product. I used it for the first time today and wow!!! I was dripping in sweat all over. I love it and the size just gives me motivation on getting it to fit looser. There is always a positive to the down side.

Love it! Fits great! Not too baggy not too tight. Looks like a track suit almost. I normally get those embarrassing trash bag looking ones but those always ripped eventually and were embarrassing to wear. This looks good! Definitely felt the warmth immediately. I was weary about going off the size chart but it’s very accurate! I got a size L and I’m 5’5” and 160

The 3XL was the size of a large! Very disappointed 😞 It is definitely not true to size!
