Nice if your patient
You have to forment this for about a week, and at least 4 days to settle once keged, a week is better as the taste improves dramatically the longer you let it selttle, very nice

I have brewed my own beer for over 40 years. Sometimes the results have not been great. Nothing has proven so consistently good as Cooppers

It takes about 14 days to make beer with this kit and I have only just started i am therefore not able to give it a fair marking and so have plumped for the middle

Needs better instructions
Sadly the instructions led you to look on line. When we eventually found them on line it just mentioned to add Cooper’s Mix. We needed to know how much sugar to add and this was not anywhere. Made an educated guess based on previous kits in the end.
