Worth the investment
I wanted to wait a month before giving my review. I suffer from chronic fatigue, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and knee pain.I saw this vibrating platform machine, that also does lymphatic drainage. I had no idea what lymphatic drainage was or do. I purchased it to shake my body using vibrations as a health alternative, since I can't jog, ride a bike, do yoga, or go swimming.I was cautious and had concern with all that vibration, to be standing on the machine for 10 minutes, that I would fall, my knees would buckle, lose my balance have some sort of motion sickness, or hurt my feet. It never happened. Level 1 to start for 10 minutes, has been ideal for me, and equivalent to 1 hour bike ride. I place the platform to be in view of the TV, to watch whatever program and haven't even notice, I've been standing with my entire body vibrating for 10 minutes. One advice, wear thick or furry socks, or thin sole beach style flip-flops when on the platform, because using this machine barefoot does hurt due to the vibrating bumps/ridges rubbing against the bottom of your bare feet. I initially used thick sole flip-flops which was OK. But, once I replaced it with the thin-sole or with thick socks, you can really feel that vibration work throughout your body.Another advice to share, the first 3 days I started using this machine, I got terrible itchiness on my lower back, thighs, legs and left ankle. I was worried something wrong was happening. I Google this and found it is a normal response by forcing the blood to flow to the extremities and other parts of body, as well as, the blood vessels dilate to remove toxins and fluids (known as lymphatic drainage). The increased blood flow and lymphatic drainage is what causes the body to be itchy. This itchiness is a sign that the blood and oxygen flow is actively circulating within the body, and also help break down fat. By day 3, the itchy side effect disappeared, and continued using the vibrating platform, every single day.During the first 2 days, when the machine stopped and I dismounted to the floor, my legs felt a bit wobbly, my knees felt weak, and had a bit of a challenge walking with my feet. By day 4, things was back to normal, except my knees. It was manageable, not a red flag. One month later, my knees are improving and feel better.Overall, I am no longer feeling as fatigue as before, and able to be more ambulatory. Not 100%, more like 50% improvement. It's amazing what this vibrating platform machine has done for me in 1 month.

Love it!
Love the feeling it gives you even with me just using the start mode setup and gradually increasing the speed. You get to know your body and what areas the vibrations are hitting so I move and bend accordingly and my feet are stationary. One of these days I will try the other exercises that are in the manual and program modes, but for now I'm very satisfied and I feel good afterwards. The itchiness you might feel is a good thing, because I've read that the vibrations work on lymphatic drainage and the more you use the machine, the less itchy you will feel. And I am experience less bloating and less constipation as well --- which is all great!!

I do not stand on it - Under desk only
Circulation:I work at a desk and have severe neuropathy. This is an excellent unit for keeping the circulation going to reduce the amount of burning in my feet. The challenge is keeping my feet positioned to the outside of the unit as the middle of the pad does not have this same intensity. It would be great if there were a way to keep my feet positioned on the sides of the deck. Overall, I would recommend this for anyone who is not standing on it. I am a 6'3" man in the range of 250# so I am quite sure standing on it would diminish the effectiveness of the unit. Functionality:The remote is super convenient!

High quality for the price
I don’t know the effects yet but I am impressed to find for the price it has side to side and up and down movements; more cheaply made models don’t. I bought it to shake up lymph because I’m post op cosmetic surgery and can’t work out yet—but this did not seem to be so stressful though did get my drain flowing the first time I used it. I don’t have much swelling anyway due to a diet free of inflammatory foods but plastic doctors always recommend lymphatic massages, this was my nod to that.I started off with only two minutes the first couple times then three, took a few weeks to get up to ten. Feels good but I can’t report pain relief since I don’t have any and has not changed my weight but I don’t believe in that part anyway. As I said, I can’t report any changes really at 3 weeks but I love vibration and do see how the motion should work muscle and bone to some degree, pain relief doesn’t make sense in my mind.I am a 65 year old female at 5’5” and 240 pounds, always been active in some form, swimming the past decade but back to step workouts before surgery. Planning on going into martial arts of some kind, kento perhaps, so hoping this vibration plate will keep me moving until I can get back to workouts.

This thing here omg.I was skeptical about this actually being able to do anything but I thought I’d give it a try because I just started exercising consistently again and my body was so sore it really discouraged me from wanting to keep going I felt so beat up well thank goodness I purchased this thing literally shook my body into perfect peace I love it sooo much I’m so grateful .I was even having plantar fasciitis in my feet and this machine really did miracles in alleviating my pain making my workouts and performance amazingly tolerable recovering with this thing is heaven sent
