Fixated!
Calories are super reasonable for the protein level & always grateful to find great tasting high protein plant based foods! As a vegan with bad ADHD - I go through fixations with many things, especially when it comes to grab and go high protein & reasonable carb foods since getting back to the gym lifting 4-5 days a week!Addy makes my hunger signals shut down but these are always easy to stomach - great texture (soft and not gritty whatsoever). I love the flavor and honestly don’t think I’ll ever get sick of these!Summer rolling in fast made me decide to try putting some in the fridge so they don’t melt in my gym bag but they’re so freaking good cold, I can’t wait until after the gym to eat them 🤣 also the perfect high protein “dessert” alternative since I’m a salty with my sweet kinda gal. Even my brother thinks they’re good and that says a lot considering he mostly refuses to try plant based anything lolLastly. Totally worth the price. I get these delivered every other week so I can’t run out - no cap lol

My fav protein bar!
Delicious! The almond butter cup and the peanut butter cups are two of my favorite flavors! I like the chocolate coating and the filling feels like a different texture. The bar is not too sweet, which is a big plus for me. I think they are pretty filling, and the fact that they are plant based and gluten free with no artificial sweeteners make them my top choice over other brands.

A blessing in a bar
In a world full of snacks that deceive,ALOHA is a quiet, honest reprieve. Each bar feels like a kind note slipped into your lunchbox,a reminder that nourishment doesn’t have to come with compromise.Soft, satisfying, never too sweet—it feeds more than hunger; it feeds peace. The ingredients read like a love letter to your body:simple, clean, purposeful. No strange aftertaste, no heavy guilt.Just fuel that feels like it understands you.I keep one in my bag, one by the crib, one in the drawer at work where the chaos lives. And when I unwrap it, even for just a moment,I remember to breathe.ALOHA, thank you—for showing that a protein barcan taste like kindnessand feel like home.

Some flavors better than others but best protein bar on the market IMO
I've tried many varieties of Aloha bars at this point. I think the caramel Pecan is probably my favorite flavor but it doesn't seem to satiate me as much as others. I usually stick with the Brownie one because it's simple and filling. I recently tried the chocolate espresso and while the flavor is decent it left me with an odd aftertaste that stuck with me all day. Best way I can describe it is that after coffee feeling in your mouth like your teeth feel fuzzy. It didn't make my teeth feel fuzzy but it reminded me of it. I don't love it which mean I'm not looking forward to finishing this box...

My Go-To Protein Bars – Delicious, Clean Ingredients, and Snack Hack?? suggestion Below!
I absolutely love the ALOHA Organic Plant-Based Protein Bars in Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip—so much so that I’ve purchased them nearly 20 times at this point! Not to mention boxes from the grocery store! These bars have become a staple in my diet because they’re not only delicious but also made with clean, easy-to-understand ingredients. One of my kids has food allergies, and other varieties (not with peanuts) which are just as delicious, are perfect protein boost for them as well. What I Love:✔ Amazing Taste & Texture – The peanut butter chocolate chip flavor is rich and satisfying, with just the right chewiness—no chalky or artificial aftertaste like some protein bars. I appreciate that they are soft and easy to chew for anyone who might have more sensitive teeth.✔ Clean, Wholesome Ingredients – I truly appreciate that they’re low in sugar, stevia-free, and free from artificial sweeteners, soy, and GMOs. The ingredient list is simple and recognizable.✔ Versatile & Convenient – Whether I need a quick breakfast, a post-workout snack, or an afternoon pick-me-up, these bars are always a great choice.✔ Dietary-Friendly – As someone who looks for vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and low-carb options, these bars check all the boxes.I’ve tried many protein bars over the years, and ALOHA stands out for its great taste and commitment to quality ingredients. If you’re looking for a guilt-free, nutritious snack, I highly recommend giving these a try!Snack Hack?? Break it up into a container of high protein, low sugar, yogurt for a delicious treat. Bonus if its frozen !!

Good Protein, Reasonable Carbs - Win/Win!
My very favorite protein bars. They taste good, deliver a good amount of protein, without too many carbs. When I first started buying them they were $36/box but have recently come down in price. The flavors are excellent - some are chocolate coated and some are not. They will last me a few hours; great for travel or a healthy snack. I like that you get so many flavors in the box; 2 each of six flavors. I really like these.

Taste the Disappointment - Chalky Grasshopper Surprise
If you've ever wondered what it's like to bite into a piece of chalk filled with faint mint and coconut regret, these Aloha bars are for you. The texture is pure drywall, the flavor is "Grasshopper cookie that gave up," and the aftertaste will haunt you through your cardio session. That said... they are 220 calories with 14g of protein and relatively clean ingredients, which earns them a permanent slot in my "emergency rations of the cut phase." I wouldn't eat these for pleasure, but on low-calorie days when I'm trying to hit protein goals without blowing my macros, they get the job done. Think of them as the MREs of dieting: barely edible, but sometimes necessary for survival. 5 stars for function, minus 2 for flavor trauma. Bonus star for reminding me how much I miss real food.
