Works Great seems to be Quality built
this did a great job my frist use on my composite decking on a 12x50 deck then I did all my concrete 7 car carport areaI did use hot water from my tankless hot water heater made a big difference on cleaningthis moves very easy and does a great job only thing here I see could be a problem in the center bearing lets hope it last a long time other then that its all stainless and aluminum brassgood buy

Poor Quality Assurance
Received the item in pieces, the cleaning arm was detached from the main unit because the "E ring" (Jesus clip) wasn't installed properly so it popped out and flopped around in the box. The other fittings that were installed were installed in the wrong place. It took me 45 minutes to put it back together properly, the way it should have been shipped.

Disappointed
Parts fell apart before I even used it! Sprayer tips were too big causing me to go buy smaller ones smh. Just wasn’t pleased at all.
