My go to breakfast day. Quick and tastes so good. Some morning it’s grab and go and some mornings I make a protein smoothie and it mixes nicely with powders and frozen fruit. During a keto diet or glp journey the low sugar content was important.

These shakes taste very good. When refrigerated, they are a tasty and easy to grab and go meal replacement.

The flavors of these are smooth and do not leave a weird chalky tastes.

Fairlife is the best tasting protein drinkout of all of them. This one tasted like a strawberry shake. These are also 14oz bottles.

These are a little expensive but definitely worth it. Highest protein I've been able to find. The size is good & convenient. I love that these aren't super thick, is the same texture of chocolate milk and taste like it too. Best tasting protein shake's I've had.

It’s one of the few protein shakes that delivers 42 grams of protein and still tastes good. I especially appreciate that it's a milk-based product that doesn’t upset my stomach, thanks to the way it’s filtered and processed. That alone makes it a standout compared to other options.The strawberry flavor tastes just like the strawberry milk I remember from childhood—creamy, nostalgic, and smooth. It’s a little sweeter than I’d prefer, especially compared to some of the other flavors, but still very good. It’s a go-to for both of us as a post-workout recovery shake or quick grab-and-go breakfast.The only downside is the price, but it tends to be expensive no matter where you buy it. Even with that, the quality, taste, and digestibility make it well worth it—which is why we keep it stocked with the subscription. We purchase the strawberry version because it tends to be less expensive than the vanilla and chocolate versions (at least every time that we look).I would this a solid 4.7 starts: high protein, easy to drink, good flavor, easy on the stomach but expensive which is the one thing keeping me form giving it a 5.

Core power protein drinks are everything I was looking for in a quick breakfast drink. They’re packed with protein to start my day off right. They’re are smooth, taste great, and do not have the mealy and grainy taste or feel of many protein drinks. They’re absolutely worth the money!
