Buy TODAY! You wont find a better cooling towel!
Update: My husband and I have had ours for several weeks now. He doesn't go to work without making sure he has this with him. We just recently went to the Gulf Coast on vacation and used it at the beach and a new Amusement Park they've built that was extremely hot and humid and no shade. These towels made our day so enjoyable because we could have fun without getting hot and the towel doesn't get your clothes wet! It's perfect! Since my husband and I got ours, I have since got one for my brother who experienced heat exhaustion at work and he now uses his every day at work saying that it works more then he would've ever thought it could, he loves his. I've also purchased one for my daddy who works outside all day every day, my brother in law who's extremely hot natured and both my parents in law, my father in law works outside all day and they both walk outside every day! They all love theirs and if any of us are out in the heat, you don't see us without our Chill Pal! That's a total of 7 of us that have one, we all live in this extreme south Alabama heat and all love ours! We tell everyone we know about these and highly recommend them to everyone. If you're looking for one then buy this one today, you won't regret it! Thanks Chill Pal!Ok so I originally got one of these for my husband whose job is outside in 90-100+ degree heat and it's extremely humid. It's just hot and muggy down in the deep south. I got this for him for work as an RN I get concerned with heat exhaustion or stroke. After receiving it, feeling how cold this towel got, how amazing it felt and how much he loved it and it's saved his day at work, I then decided to order myself one. It truly gets very cool, feels fabulous, nice cool towel to wipe your sweaty face, doesn't soak your clothes and it stands up to the toughest heat and humidity. This came exactly as described. It's an absolutely must have! Great for days out going to amusement parks, ball field, etc and once you have yours everybody is going to want one too. The seller is excellent as well. They stand behind their products and truly care about customer satisfaction, which I believe makes my decision of buying this product, alongside the fact it's amazing at what it does, all the more the best choice. If you're looking for an awesome cooling towel for whatever reason, stop here because this is the best one!

Chill out with the Chill Pal....
It says to wash it a couple of times before use so I tried it both before and after washing. Rather than doing two washes I just put it on the "soak" cycle of our washer. The first thing I noticed was it came out a few shades lighter in color and also a little softer, so I would recommend washing it when you get a chance.I just returned from a three day car show (August in KY) and it was pretty warm. I had soaked my towel, lightly wrung it out, put it in a one gallon Zip-Loc bag, and then placed it in the ice chest with the drinks. When I pulled it out it was icy cold and very refreshing. I folded the Chill Pal and draped it over my neck to serve two purposes; one to keep cool, and the other to keep from getting sunburned on the back of my neck.It worked very well for quite some time, and even after the cold from the ice chest wore off it was still refreshing. What I did was occasionally remove it, give it a quick "snap", rotate the towel over and it was nice and refreshing. I could have re-soaked it in some the cold water of the ice chest if needed, but I just took it back to the hotel at night, rinsed it out and put it back in the Zip-Loc bag and the ice chest for use the next day.The best recommendation I can give the Chill Pal is to say if I lost it I'd order another one ASAP.Edit 07/13/2016: Well, I didn't loose it but I forgot and left it in the tube while still damp. I thought the hole in the tube would let it dry out but it didn't and when I took it out last week it had black spots of mold or mildew on it that would not wash out. This is a lot better (and bigger) than the ones at Wallie World so I have placed my order for a replacement. So learn your lesson from me, when you're done with your Chill Pal wash it out and let it air dry for storage.

Works GREAT but could be difficult to carry while backpacking
I am an avid hiker, camper, and wilderness backpacker, and primarily take these kind of trips in California/Utah/Arizona weather where it can get quite hot. For a long time, I had always dipped my hat into the cold, running streams or lake to keep myself momentarily cool, and that also meant having the water drip onto my shirt for additional cooling. However, this relief would usually subside in 30 minutes after the hat has completely dried up in the sun.On many of my hikes, I had also seen many wear a towel around the neck (a popular practice in Korea and Japan), and one day -- I do not remember how -- this Chill Pal towel caught my attention. The overwhelming number of positive reviews further picked my interest, particularly at a time when my toddler son was having a 100F fever the night before. I thought that I would give one a try to not only help cool him down, but to also use as a hiking towel.PROS- Keeps my neck cool, and as a result, makes the hot weather very bearable- Maintained moisture (and cooling effect) for over an hour- Did not feel drenched, though it does wet the top of the shirt a bit like any other towel- GREAT customer service. I had an issue with their Mesh (not PVA) Cooling Towel, and the owner responded back right away and took care of it. This service inspired me to write the review to give kudos for that small business- Comes with a plastic carry pouch and carabiner- Size is perfect: it is more like a scarf than a towel- Holds more water than their Mesh Cooling Towel- Helped cool down my son's fever when wrapped around his legs, arms, and foreheadCONS- The material is reminiscent to the towel I use to wash my car with. It felt odd because of that, but once it was around my neck, that feeling went away- Once dry, the towel was no longer foldable/bendable (just like the car wash cloth). So, be sure to fold to the shape you want first. I hesitate to store it in the carry pouch while still wet... that just invites disease to grow. This also makes the towel not as suitable for use while backpacking the wilderness as it can be a bit too bulky to put awayTO USE- Soak with water- Wring out the water- Put around the neckOverall, the towel accomplishes its cooling purpose VERY well. However, the feeling of having a car wash cloth around my neck bothers me a bit, and the fact that it cannot be folded nicely once dry makes me recommend the Mesh Cooling Towel more (which itself feels like a microfiber cloth). If you found this review helpful, please click the "Yes/Helpful" button below to encourage me to write more.
