Its cheap but not very good. I have it on a cross bike and it is very slippery, especially when wet, which is always with cross mud and sweat. I will be replacing them with cork. (Three Stars)Update - Tried to wash them off with soap and water hoping they would offer a little more grip. They were even more slippery even after rinsing them and drying them well. A short, not all that technical, single-track ride on my cross bike that is normally easy was terrifying. Avoid if you want grips that offer some grip. (Updated to one star)Update - The seller read my review and sent me a free replacement of their EVA Foam: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B011JZ3R5E which I expect will have much better grip. I'm using these on my single speed road bike (Kilo TT Pro - to be specific). They feel great and still feel soft and grippy even when splashed with water, I cannot say that about the stock foam/cork tape. Those ripped too easily while this seems to be much more durable as there is what feels like soft touch vinyl/plastic layer on top to enable a bit more wear than my old tape. However, the carbon fiber weave pattern isn't too apparent if that's something you really desire - it merely looks a bit textured, which I really quite like as carbon fiber weave sometimes looks a bit too tacky.Not only that, they are highly visible being almost neon green in color and don't seem to get dirty too easily compared to brightly colored exposed foam. It's great they come with new unbranded/marked plugs too as I was unable to save both my old plugs when extracting them. My only problem was the extra "electric tape" with their branding that came with to finish up the wrap had pretty weak grasp and came loose during my first ride with them. Although this shouldn't be a problem for those who use regular electric tape in the first place.Overall, quite a fair price and looks great. Now I can be seen from far away increasing my visibility on the road while looking freaking awesome being neon green. I would buy this product again

First time wrapping road bike handles and this wrap was amazing. It was very easy to align and rewrap on the parts I messed up. Two complaints would be the cheap stickers that came with the packaging that I only assumed was to hold the tape onto the bar at the end of the bars. Just used electrical tape and it looked so much better. The second complaint is that the bar ends are fairly loose in the bars, I am not taking off a star only because I wasn't sure if it was just user error and not leaving enough tape at the end...Liked how they felt on the bike, was soft and not slippery, excellent grip. And they look fantastic!

I used this tape to redo the bars on our stroller. I did not read the description re: it is not sticky, no backing. However, I did find this of benefit installing as I could position, reposition, and completely redo until I was happy with it. I tried to push the start of it under the stroller's central handle mechanism, and then at the bottom end I finished with electrical tape. Time will tell whether the start of the tape under the central piece will stay put with no sticky tape, I will see and if need be will use electrical tape on that part too. For now, looks like new handles, we'll see how they go.

This silver tape looks nice and has a okay feel to it. The complaint I have with it, is that it is simply not long enough for standard drop bars. Included are 2 plugs that are chrome plastic, and another set that are black with a decael on them. Also included are 2 small strips for around the brake levers, and some black finishing tape.The point is, why include an extra set of plugs (that you won't be using) at the expense of not providing a sufficient amount of tape to do the job? I would gladly take a longer tape (an extra 2" in each roll) in place of having an extra set of plugs that I will never use, even if it cost a bit more and didn't include additional plugs.

Had this for almost 3 years now. I was going to go with a brand name I recognized, but thought I'd give this a shot mostly because I liked the look online and it was cheap enough. I got the silver. It looks fairly different in person, but it still looked good on my vintage Panasonic. It still looks pretty much new, which is kind of annoying. Because of the price I assumed I would replace it after a year. Now I find myself looking at other options just to have a change (and to make some adjustments on my brake lever position). I'd go for this brand/model again in a second if they had the style i'm looking for now.As for the comfort... it's ok. Not the best I've ever had, but good enough for short commutes and longer rides a few hours at a time. Feels good to the touch.

I thought I had already written a review on these but evidently not. Good stuff. I like the color which goes well with the Origin8 Pro Uno-S Brown Saddle - not an exact match but close enough. Gives kind of an old-school look. Don't follow the instructions in the package, however. Totally off. There are some good videos on YouTube that explain it really well - especially one by Calvin Jones with Park Tool Co. Ride Safely. The only one looking out for you - is you.

Average product. The Cons would be that the end plugs are very cheap feeling plastic and the synthetic leather is artificial looking up close with a colour that is in between orange and brown. The grip on the tape is below average and I've used far better gripping tape.Regardless it's still on my bike and it looks fine from far away

Seems to be holding up pretty well! I was surprised that it didn't have any adhesive to stick to the handle bars so this is a traditional style of wrap. All in all it is doing the trick!

Imitation leather, with a very appealing finish. I was pleasantly surprised. Adhesion is great, cushion is great. I used a little on a tricycle rebuild. I don't know how it wears, or if it's any good for a high use bike. For my purpose it was perfect.

Really nice looking bar tape. Soft but not too soft. Was going to buy real leather wrap but these were a fraction of the price and look and feel really nice. Definitely happy with them.

Great Product i have used this wrap for at least 4 times, being undecided to what bike i should put this on. quality is great. foam doesn't rip as i pull the wrap tight on the handle bars. the wrap feels good. it doesn't feel as bulky as the foam cork bar wraps. this is just right! i would buy again

Subpar. Uncomfortable, difficult to install adhesive barely works. Terrible product.Only good thing is that it looks good. Won't fall for that again.
