So far I like them!
I admit I've only used them once, but having these panniers makes my bicycling traveling adventures much more easy! they seem durable and I like that I can use one or all of them. My only reason for four stars is the the top bag ( turns into a backpack) isn't great to use on its own because it doesn't easily attach securely to the rack; you have to use a bungee or other cord to secure it in place.
