Some points vs the nay-sayers
If you Google "sauna suit" you'll find a TON of websites saying they're pointless and you're not going to lose weight. I'll tell you why that is wrong.First point that comes up is "It's just water weight" alright, but it's still weight. If you lose, say, 2lb water weight you'll see and feel the difference, if you put it back on drinking water, alright, you still can see what you look like 2lbs lighter and it does look different, therefore giving you further motivation to lose 2lbs of fat. Also, some women get bloated for lots of reasons and losing that water weight with assistance can you improve your mood so much. You do feel less bloated and gross because it assists with shifting that excess. It inspires you to drink more water which is always a positive. The fitness websites patronize you into thinking you are sitting in your sauna suit, eating a pizza, flicking through telly thinking you're going to lose a stone sitting down. You're not, of course you're not and you know that. You bought it because you want the motivation and tools to make you feel better and lighter and to make your workout feel more effective. A sauna suit helps you feel lighter and as you feel the sweat drip off you it pushes you further to try to get more sweat going. It just does. I want to be practically swimming in it. Wearing this suit I pushed an extra 15 minutes on my air walker and I wear it doing housework which gets my core temperature up and pushes you further. My house is sparkling! (kind of lol)Anything that helps you feel lighter and less bloated is a bonus to the already difficult journey you're on. If you lose 2lb water weight you'll feel as light as you'll feel losing 2lb of fat so you'll want to keep going.Be sensible with it, keep hydrated, don't sleep in it in a heatwave, consider it as a tool to feel lighter psychologically not necessarily a tool purely to sit down to melt fat and you'll be set.The suit itself is worth the extra few bucks spent, it's double thick, looks like a tracksuit so not awful to wear outside, it's thicker so less likely to rip. Make sure you order your correct size and it won't tear. I'm very impressed with it, I previously bought the silver suits and they tear like bin bags, this is more like a tarpaulin. Spend the extra few quid, you'll get the value back ten fold.Make sure you take it off and drink water if you feel dizzy at all so you don't overheat. Move around to make it effective. Don't expect to dump 5 stone sitting down, it's for exercising and moving around in. Air it out after every use and expect to be weeing sweat down your legs! I am not sponsored to post this, I've just used sauna suits before and it annoys me to read so much negativity on fitness sites!

.
Thought I had got real value for money until the trousers tore after a few sessions in the gym. I'm a double xl and think a size bigger mite have been better. The upper part started to peel away on the insides which meant when you hand wash it the sink was full of pieces of the plastic material. I used the top part for around 3 months. But even with washing it after each session, it began to smell. It does exactly what it says by helping you burn off fluids and obviously some fat if your training, but doesn't last very long so that's why 3 stars. But value for money if you can get the right size.

Makes you sweat but Not built to last!
I’ve had this suit for the past couple of years. I’ve had spouts of use, but in total id have used the suit for roughly 6 months on and off. The size was a good fit, material seemed to do the job well and the sweat suit was suitable. However, where there is friction eg under the arms and between the thighs the suit rubs and the plastic coating flakes, leaving a see through thin layer of material. It could be easily remedied if these friction places were reinforced with a more suitable anti-friction material. Needless to say, the suit is not built to last, hence the review.

True to size.
I have had something like this before but it was to small top half and not as good material, this one is true to size and excellent material.

Superb value for money
This is a very durable and tough sweat suit. It stands up to the rigours of an arduous work out and is excellent value for money.

Get a sweat on
Very tough! Used it every with running, on my bike, weight lifting and no rips whatsoever which is a surprise as I've purchased a more expensive one which lasted only a week
