Eureka Forbes service is extraordinarily bad! Buyers Beware
We bought the item in March 2019. In the first year of warranty it took multiple calls for Eureka Forbes team to come and service the item. Despite that we extended our support contract.From the last 8 days their machine has stopped working. Despite escalating the matter every single day no technician has come to repair the machine. When I tried to escalate the customer service put me on hold for over 45 minService is really bad. Buyers beware!!

Worst product from Eureka Forbes
It is one of the worst products of Aquagurad with no after sales service.Most of the times u will struggle to have the purifier working & other times wonder if the water is purifying.Service engineers not aware how to handle & service the product
