Edge of Insanity Pre-Workout - Exploding Muscle Pumps Blue Lemonade Flavor, 300 Grams (Pre Workout Plus Shaker Cup)

I've only used it 3 times so far,but it seems to get the job done as well as any other pre-workout.I started with a little over 1/2 scoop,next time about 3/4 scoop,today about 7/8 scoop.I like to try a different pre-workout pretty much each time I run out of the current one.I was surprised to see no info on the caffeine content on the label,and a lot of the ingredients I don't recognise,which is why I decided to heed their advice of starting with 1/2 scoop to assess my tolerance.The cool looking shaker bottle,which,by the way,is bpa free,is a nice score.

Excellent product. I change pre workouts every month and decided to go out on A limb and order this one. Worked great gave me energy sometimes A little to much but never could complain. Focus is good got some of those tingles. Taste was good also and not clumpy. Mixed well. Definitely would suggest trying to anyone.

I’ve been taking pre workout for about 5 years now so you could imagine my tolerance is pretty high. This pre workout hits you like a train, one of the strongest I’ve ever takenI was absolutely satisfied with this purchase

Here’s the thing, I’ve got a terrible reaction to Beta-Alanine and didn’t read the label close enough - and EOI has a huge dose of BA. After taking a full scoop once, I had to give the rest of the tub away. I can’t really say how good or bad it was other than that, since it shut me down so bad. I can say that it was my fault however, and have no idea how well it works as a PWO. 3 stars just because I have no idea.

No joke this is very strong the strongest ive taken no need for Cardio after a scoop.

If you take caffeine pills or pre workout with caffeine, this is for you, I would recommend half a scoop the the first 2 Times. Then you can take full scoop. It is awesome product and you diff will love it and feel it.

The product over all is really good the taste is a little to strong nevertheless still does the job when working out. The shaker bottle however is made of cheap plastic after washing it and going to put it away it fell from my hand and what you see with the pictures was the end result of it.
