All around good product.
Solid, looks good, along with being easy to use. The long burn time, height of flame, and simplicity of replacing the canisters make for an overall good experience.

Received the product - I ordered black received with scratches on 2 sides and a small chipFor a return you have to send back to TerraFlame directly with NO prepaid labels you pay out of pocket.Keep in mind its concrete and weighs about 10 pds - to ship back to CA will cost at least $50.00Not worth it at this point for a damaged piece. First time ive had trouble with a damaged item.

Almost perfect...
Part of the green color is missing from a corner. For how pricey it was for this color (could have gone with other colors from other vendors for half the cost), it would have been nice to not have that error. Otherwise works great. Nice amount of heat for sitting around the patio table. Take in if you expect rain. Annoying to dump water out with the little rocks.

I loved my fire bowl so much that I bought a second one at Wayfair for $64 .
I love this fire bowl but found it less expensive on another site. When I tried to return it I was going to be charged fifty dollars in shipping costs. I went to the other website and ordered another. Beware!! When you buy this product from Terra Flame it is yours to keep.

Still waiting
I placed an order back in July and still haven’t received it. Terra Flame uses FedEx for shipping and they are the WORST! Tracking shows it’s just sitting somewhere in Troutdale Oregon since August 1st. . I could drive to Troutdale in less than 3 hours!

Description of product is misleading
This fire bowl was described as 9in. in diameter and 9in. in width. In reality, only the opening is 9in.; the bowl widens out to 11in. As a result, the fire bowl doesn’t fit in the space I intended to place it. Moreover, the fire bowl is heavy. Due to the inaccurate description, I have to pay shipping to return this heavy fire bowl. This is unfair.
