Great cup, shame about logo print on cup.
Good leak proof cup. I bought this cup for the original eco friendly material it's made from. It does keep hot drinks warm for longer than my previous bamboo material cup. I also bought this for its screw top, which, accompanied with the handle/cover of drinking hole, means no leakage when walking with my pushchair.Only downfull is unfortunately, the print on logo, as shown in photo, has started to smudge off. I've been only hand washing this so a bit disappointed, maybe the designers could use a tougher printinig ink for future products. Good reusable cup other than that.

Very good
This arrived today, wrapped in cardboard. I immediately headed to a cafe to try it out. No leaks and it feels sturdy. The only minor negative is that the tiny pressure release hole in the lid is, in my opinion, too close to the drinking hole so there is a small danger of leakage through that hole if you tip the cup up a little too high when drinking.

Not leakproof
Lovely cup, bought for biodegradable properties.Tried the closure and indeed leakproof on first trying with cold water.Once the hot coffee entered the mug, the closure slowly eased open by itself.

My favourite mug
Love this mug so much! However, after extensive use, I've notice that I now have to be mindful of how much to fill it with water, as if it's too close to the lid then it'll be spilling through the edges, and into the bag. I'd keep the top 3cm water-free. Other than that - it's excellent!

NOT 400ml
I received this today. Looks very nice but when I measured it, it will only hold 300ml. That's assuming you're not going to fill it right to the brim, which a barista won't as they will leave a gap at the top. Right to the brim you can squeeze 350ml but in practice it's 300ml. Which is not what I want. Sending it back.

Great Eco Credentials, But With A Major Flaw.
So I've had this cup for almost a year now, and while I've persevered, I have found some significant, and rather annoying issues with this product. To put things on balance, here's the good stuff: I really like the eco credentials - the ability to compost it once it's got to the end of it's life is great, the non slip bottom is good and hasn't perished over time and the overall look of the cup is great. However, there is one big issue and a couple of niggles. The biggie - If you don't get the lid exactly on the right 'thread' when screwing it on, it leaks from under the lid. It feels completely like it's been screwed on correctly, there's no indicator that it's not, and when you take your first sip, coffee just pours from under the lid right onto your clothes. It's got to the point now I have to put the lid on, cover the hole, and then test to see that the lid is on correctly. WHAT A FAFF!Minor issues include the logo disappearing after a couple of washes and while it's pretty easy to clean, there are some nooks and crannies that you really have to get into with a small brush to get completely clean. Lastly, the sippy hole cover doesn't stay shut (I think the steam from the hot drink just pops it open).I've kept going with this cup, because I bought it to cut down waste, but I think I've got to a point now where the daily annoyance means it's going to be heading to the compost heap much sooner than I would have hoped. What a shame.

Better ones out there
Love that this is eco-friendly and love the colour but apart from that, very unhappy. Logo washed off after 3 washes. Hard to close so likely to spill if the barister does it for you. Lid doesn't fit so there is absolutely leakage!! And it doesn't keep drinks hot for very long. Would like a refund to be perfectly honest.

Dont expect it to be leakproof..
The flip lid design is the reason the leakproofness of it is flawed. This lid seems ill-fitted and doesn't sit flat fully on mine, and turn it on its side and it will leak from there and even will open at times. I love doing my bit for the environment but have had better reusable cups for less money.
