In some environments, the Chlorine released from PVC pipes and fittings will prematurely degrade the Polyethylene. Do not place the poly sheeting in direct contact with PVC as this will void the warranty. It is best to use felt as a spacer between and PVC and the plastic sheeting. Factors that will impact the longevity of the anti condensate properties of the plastic include very warm or very humid seasons, poor ventilation, poor installation including insufficient gradients. Please ensure that there are no sharp edges or point on your frames as this will cause puncture or tearing of the sheet.

Clearly better plastic.
Well I haven’t been using this film long. But upon first glance it is visibly superior to any film that I have purchased before. It says 4 year but I can say it has worked great for 2 months. If it can make it 2 years I’ll be extremely happy!!! This film is very clear and strong. I will buy again for a planned expansion of my greenhouse!

Greenhouse Clear Plastic film saves my chickens from freezing this winter!
I loved everything about the Greenhouse plastic. I used it around the exterior of two chicken enclosures to keep them warm while outside and the elements out. This is the first plastic that has endured extreme cold and high winds without splitting. I will now purchase a roll yearly and spread the word to other poultry owners

Don't make my mistake!
Our greenhouse worked great for 16 years until a storm took out one side. Went to Tractor Supply and picked up 4 mil sheeting to make the repair. One year later, the side with the most sun exposure turned brittle and started to shred. Found out that for this purpose it is necessary that the sheeting be thicker, and UV resistant. The other was fine as a paint drop cloth but sure could not handle the outdoors and Florida sun. I was concerned that this, being thicker would actually be more difficult to install but was actual;y easier. May be 6 times the cost but well worth it. Here's hoping it lasts as long as the original!

Greasy smudge on the film
The film came with a greasy residue that won’t come off, it has been stored in the spare room since April and haven’t installed until June. I’ve purchased a different roll the year prior but had to replace due to heavy snowfall. I emailed EcoGardener 3 times in the past month and still haven’t gotten a response. It came with a minor tear or two but I don’t care about that as I just use translucent tape but it surely doesn’t help. As you can see in the video the difference from the main plastic over the frame to the plastic on the door.. the plastic on the door was from the year prior and my PAR meter certainly reads less in full sun also.

Nice and strong
Nice and strong. Very clear plastic. Just put it up on my hoophouse and looks like it is going to provide the right conditions for seedling growth.

Nice film.
I used this to cover a costco tent style garage. Now I have a big greenhouse!

It is really thick plastic
Considering the greenhouse's original plastic fell apart, we needed something to put on the greenhouse to stop the rain from coming in. This plastic is just the right thickness and it works really good. Bought two of them so we could cover the whole greenhouse.

Don’t expect perfection
As it comes folded on itself several times there are some challenges with installation and there were some cracks and holes hides in the creases. Makes a reasonable wind shield for a DIY greenhouse but without some effort on the installers part it won’t be watertight
