small and easy to swallow
I love these bc they work and they're also the smallest vit D pill that i have found. that means I can fit it in my medicine case and remember to take them. no taste at all and I feel like i have so much more energy.

Works very well
Works very well. Blood test showed my vitamin D levels are up, better than the pharmacy prescription pills. They tend to stick together in heat.

A good quality Vitamin D
No tummy ache from taking, and gets my vitamin D levels where they need to be and helps fend off all the "sickies" that go around. I now give to my man. 1 a day keeps the sickies away :)

The pills are very good, I thought they were a little bigger but they are fine, they have helped me a lot with the allergies I had

No smell. Small quantity so if you need it for short term use this is great. They do not stick together

With Much Sunflower Oil. …Meh…
Wish they used a healthier oil than sunflower oil like healthy coconut or olive or a blend or rapeseed is actually healthier vs sunflower oil. Cancers are so prevalent b/c of these less healthy omega 3 short-chain oils. But it is a minuscule amount.The dose is right, not overdone, sturdy, dissolved correctly, fresh tasting / not rancid, never stuck together, good coloring/fresh.
