- Protein hydrolysate with the branched amino acids l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine. Food supplement for intense muslce exertion, especially for athletes. Proteins support the maintenance and increase in muscle mass and maintaining healthy bones. Manufactured in Germany. Endurance athletes use BCAAs to bolster their performance.Strength athletes with high demand son their muscles use BCAAs for nutritional and physiological support and to short the regeneration period.
- Instructions for use: When you placing intense demand on your muscles during training, you can take 5 tablets with some liquid three times during the day. If under less intense demand then 3 tablets three times daily. For weight training the tablets should be taken after training; for endurance work a half-hour before training. The tablets can be easily swallowed with water. If they still seem too large, you can break them up in a mortar and stir the resulting powder into yoghurt, for example.
- Ingredients: l-leucine (28.6%), tricalcium phosphate, l-valine (14.3%), l-isoleucine (14.3%), bulking agent cellulose, whey protein hydrolysate, releasing agent (silicon dioxide and magnesium salts from cooking fatty acids). May contain lactose, gluten, soya and egg products.
