Very sturdy product
This is a very sturdy piece of foam to work on strengthening ankles and improving balance. It's hard to do at first, but with practice, it gets easier. Good price too.

Balance is key as you get older.
After 60 balancing is important so I do a 39 second balance on each foot!

Works great
I bought this to help my puppy learn to keep his feet underneath him when he sits and lays down. Works great to help him use his hip abductor muscles and helps with preventing or lessening cow hocks. I know ots meant for humans, but this position board has many other uses. I highly recommend it.

Great Airex replacement
Huge fan! The name brand Airex pads are crazy expensive for the regular person but this is the best cheap replacement I’ve found. Very similar “squish” level
