Need customer service to get a missing part.
I really like the printer although the SD cards always to seem to be corrupt and I cannot find customer service or a contact anywhere.The corrupted software was easy enough to find online, but my i3Plus is also missing half of the two part bearing that measures 10X4mm.Edit: managed to get ahold of customer service via Amazon and they put everything right.Still only going to give 4 stars as their customer service department should be easier to find.Awesome printers though.

Fun and frustrating at the same time!!!
So this is my 1st diy printer, and let me say it was as fun but frustrating,but once completed I felt proud of what I did. There videos weren't as helpful as I thought they would be, but over all I'm super happy with this printer. Will update review once I have tested a few actual prints with it.
