This is a very heavy bit of kit.I bought this so I could mount various bits of kit (lights, flash etc) to myManfrotto 190x Pro3 tripod.Because of the weight it tends to loosen, especially if you bend it and havesomething attached to the other end. I attached a light (not a flash) and as I letgo it swung into one of the legs. It should come with a locking nut so it canbe tightened with a spanner. Don't get me wrong its a well made bit of kit.I also found it difficult to make it stay in place when I bent it, it kept unbendingbut that might be because of it newness. It will certainly hold a fair weight.

It is very form, very heavy and sufficient length. This is made to last.

This metal bendy arm is not to good with flashguns as it doesn’t seem to be stiff enough. I bought 2 of these but they are not really up to the job :(

Not as heavy duty as they claim. It is fine for lightweight duties but anything over 2lb and it's of little use.

Anything attached to it is hanging like on the rope ! Can not hold even lightest item.Do not buy it. I am very disappointed.
