Great for yoga, extra padding for knees

Excellent for taking the pressure off the knees when doing yoga or any kind of stretching. I have also found them useful for the elbows and wrists if I'm feeling any discomfort. They are firm enough to provide the support needed but soft and squishy enough to give comfort. They are very light so don't really make my yoga bag feel any heavier which is great.

Inadequate for knee replacement, not soft enough

Bought these as description says knees and hands wrists. They don't work well for hands as they slip slide. They are soft and work well for the knees. Shame don't work as I intended.

I ordered these just on the off chance they might help and they really do work much better than expected. They allow kneeling yoga positions to be held comfortably for much longer. They were bigger and more padded than I expected, but that’s not a bad thing.

This works wonders during yoga. As someone with fibromyalgia & knee issues this helps me manage positions that are otherwise painful.

I fell on my knee last year, and I have fount it hard to kneel on it again. These knees pads really alleviate the pain when doing yoga. I have been really missing it as even doing the basic postures was a nightmare.Really recommend!
