I love this sweat vest. Fits perfectly and it makes me sweat! I wear it at every gym session and I have washed it several times but by hand, not sure about putting it in the washer. I will definitely get another one.

Size was a good fit being 180 I got a large. Zipper quality not that good I used it only twice and when I went to use a 3rd time I realized the zipper was gone can’t find it so sad I could not use the vest any more

I have lost weight to 163 lbs and I’m 5’4”. I am between a medium and a large top (depending on the bust). I ordered a large because I read the reviews and thought the medium would be too tight. The large fits without stretching around the waist but too loose everywhere else. Should have gotten the medium.
