This book is a very interesting read and I particularly like the author's targeted approach towards women over 40 and also additional help with real issues like menopause challenges. Very well thought through concept and beautifully executed piece her for women,

I found this book very easy to read and the information in it is well researched. There has been an explosion of interest in gut health but this book specifically is written for women over forty. Highly recommend for the latest in how to feel better physically and mentally.

Well written and practical
This book contains a vast array of practical info on how to change our lifestyle to have a quality of life when perimenopause and menopause hit. The book really empowers women (even men) and provides them with the skills they need to always feel confident despite the odds. I do think we should not shy away from the topic of menopause, a real debate has to be open about this! Our girls (and boys) need to know all about this topic. Highly recommended!

What I absolutely loved about this book is that it doesn't just dump a bunch of information on you, but instead provides practical, easy-to-implement strategies to improve gut health, lose weight, balance hormones, and increase energy levels.One of my favorite parts of the book is where Lara talks about enjoying healthy meals and savoring them by creating a beautiful dining experience. She encourages us to make our meals as enjoyable as possible, and to slow down and savor our food. This has really helped me appreciate my meals more and be more mindful of what I'm eating.I gave the book a 4-star rating because, while it's an excellent and informative book with easy-to-follow strategies, I felt that it could have delved a bit deeper into the science behind gut health and menopause. Additionally, it would have been helpful if the book included more diverse meal plans and recipe ideas for different dietary preferences.
