Works as described, I use this for my morning walks and you definitely work up a sweat!!! Only con is when you take it off you may get sweat everywhere else lol so you need to be creative when taking it off! It’s easy to put on and the size chart was spot on!!!

I have worn this shirt several times and I am very pleased with it. I'm not much of a sweater whenI work out, so I wanted to try this shirt and I must say that it really does make me sweat. Even afteronly a short workout, I am very sweaty. It works well for me. The fit is a little smaller than I thoughtbut it still fits well so I'll still give it 5 stars.

This sauna shirt is awesome immediately when I was walking I started to sweat. It's comfortable. I love this shirt. I would suggest going up a size. This product works so well; I feel great and am starting to see results. The texture of the shirt does not irritate me at all it's very thorough shirt put together. I love it!

Nice top, very well made. However, it runs extremely small!I ordered a 2xl, but couldn't even get this over my shoulders! Too bad! It was very nicely made, but runs way too snall!

Would not recommend this shirt to anyone! The sizing is way off. Extremely small and cheap. The material is rough and stiff, not like most sauna shirts. Definitely returning!

This sauna shirt is a must have! Fits as expected, not too tight or too loose. After just ten minutes of moderate exercise you can feel the difference! Comfortable for any workout, and should increase calories burned.

For the most part, it does the job. However, the shirt rides up. I had to tuck the shirt in my shorts in order for it to stay down.

I usually wear a small to medium. I ordered a medium and could barely get my arms in the t-shirt.It’s very tight with very little to no stretch as mentioned in other comments. I’d say go two sizes bigger.
