Whewww this is a beautiful product(even tho i dont currently use it)For me. The shoulder area was a little loose..i ordered a size small. Not sure if any other ladies had this issue but how my body is shaped...im more small up top.There are 3 lines of the cinch(the tiny metal parts you can latch) and this helps you too adjust the mid section as you lose weight.Then the velcro buckle part makes you 'feel' even more supported.For me, this will keep raising as you are moving about through your workout. I was doing step aerobics with 'Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil' on youtube(which is enjoy!) And he encourages and works up a sweat in the participants that my wasit cincher would statt rising up and folding lol. Once i take it off im DRENCHED in the gut area.This is a very supportive amd effective wasit cincher..but if folding and raising makes you irritated...this may mot be for you OR do low impact activities.I wouldnt advise it to wear it all day..but to each their own.

I got this because I'm getting a little too big, I'm 5'1 and I weight 173.4 as today, because few months ago I was 180 😅 I thought I wasn't going to be able to close it, but I barely managed to put it on, it's tight so if it really works ill be able to tell I haven't used it but I'll update later , I got the one with the 3 velcro thingys so no complaints for now :)

First - I was either sent an incorrect size by mistake, or the size chart is wrong and you need to size down. Based on other reviews, I think I was sent the wrong size (which I will be returning).However! It's GREAT quality for the price. There are 3 rows of front hooks, so you can adjust the level of tightness as needed - so if you need it looser on your hips but tighter on your waist, you can do that with the hooks alone.The 2 belts have velcro across most of it, so you can adjust that a lot. Having 2 belts vs 1 also gives you more control.The shoulder straps did not fit me due to incorrect sizing so I won't comment on it.Potential downsides- the neoprene is very thin. This could be a positive if you plan on exercising in it, but since it's so thin, there was almost no compression in the back, and most of it was focused in the front. Since its too big for me a correct size might offer correct compression, but since the belt only wrapped around the front vs all around, I think it will still be 100% front focused, if you're looking for back support/compression garment/full waist slimming vs just holding your front and sides in.Overall, quality is incredible for the price, and there's a lot of flexibility for different body types. I will reorder it in my correct size

Covers all the fat area and definitely makes you sweat. I don’t like the bulky waist, plus the thick fabric makes it fold in the middle which is uncomfortable and I have to be pulling it down.

when I tell you this way trainer will have you snatched you will be snatched. It is such a great way. His trainer is easy to put on. It’s very flexible. It doesn’t feel too tight and it definitely gives you the perfect hourglass shape.

Purchased this item for my mom and it’s awesome, she loves it. The belt is her favorite part for the added bonus. Great great great back support and sauna vest. Would recommend to absolutely size up 1 or even 2 sizes from what you normally wear.

I wanted something to help while working out. I almost ordered an x-large based on the reviews. Glad I ordered a large. If you are used to wearing a corset, then you'll know how to put it on. I start at the bottom hook. Since my waist is smallest in the middle of my stomach, that's where I start to hook them and then just slide it down as I get them hooked. Was able to wear all day comfortably. I wish it had light boning in the back to keep the back from riding up. I noticed I don't sweat as much as my regular sweat bands though. Hopefully the compression will come in handy.
