Previously my wife had a metal case with a folding hinge protector for her Z Fold 4. After 3 months of use the hinge protector came apart and just dangled. It made the phone hard to hold on to. Also, she had time swiping from the side since the lip on the case was pretty thick. That case also had a built-in screen protector which hindered touches slightly.This case does not have a hinge protector, nor a screen protector, but I doubt you really need them. Phones will most likely hit a corner if dropped. This case protects corners adequately while keeping the phone svelte. Swiping from the sides is easier with this case and touches work better since there is no screen protector.There isn't a slot for the S pen, but she doesn't use it anyway.

The color is lovely, and it's the style I wanted, but the case easily comes off because there are no anti-slip pads inside. Also, it doesn't seem like it would provide good protection against impact from falls.

Well fourth one was the charm. I ended up trying 4 different cases to settle on this one. The first was the Samsung case with the S Pen that came with the phone. Didn't hate it, but hate the idea of having to use an adhesive to keep the front half of the case on. I order 3 more on Amazon, including this one. One used adhesive as well, which was a no-go for me, and the other, while a pretty great case, used hard plastic and didn't fit quite as well as this one. This one checked all the boxes. Grippy and comfortable texture, snug fit without the need for adhesives, and thin profile. It's a little pricier, but you can tell that the craftmanship is better than some other cheaper alternatives. The cutouts are precise and the material is of a good quality. Def recommend this case, especially if you hate adhesives and can get it on sale like I did for about $35 bucks.Update! I needed to update this review as I've discoverd that one of the things I liked about this case is actually a major flaw. The thin left edge of the front case does not use adhesive and as a result moves around a little, which I didn't really have too much issue with, but then I noticed today that it has caused some scratches on the phones metal edge and front screen. I extremely dissapointed and feel they should remove this case from sale until they address this issue. I may try and seek some kind of compenstation as the phone was damaged by this case. Massive bummer.

This only has one flaw ans I was able to correct it by partnering it with a tempered flash screen protector. The front left side is a bit flimsy and just moves on the screen when holding it. The tempered glass keeps in place and makes it feel more stable. This does not cover the hinge itself, but the tempered glass comes with one that works fine.

Not your ideal protective cover. It does give me a non-slip grip, which i needed. Last me a year until the front cover edge snap.

Provide good protection yet lightweight. just what i've been looking for.

Works perfectly, very happy with it. Doesn't move around like other ones do.

It clicks into place rather than relying on adhesive to stick. Havent had any movement from the front cover. Pretty slim and sturdy.
