The media could not be loaded.  Run quiet compared with normal fan which you can see the spinning blade through the wire guard. I can hear the occasion water dripping and the low level hum noise from the fan on medium which does not intrude our sleep at night.The water tank is small and holds about 4 liters of water, the cooling function will circulate the water from the pump to the paper filter where it will cool the air before blasting it out in the form of vortex. The plastic ring allows directing the air up or down and the swing function will move it side to side.There is no moving blade in sight which is great for safety, it helps cool the air in sunny days and not just circulate the hot air already inside the house. Since it is just a fan with a small water pump it will only use around 100w-200w of electricity, with some ice pack it will be great for the summer heat wave.

Not really a cooler but a fan .with cold water in it and running on cool it does refresh the room,and the fan is reasonably quite. Touch control is sensitive. Remote works well but you can not see what you have set it .

Really good fan but doesn't blow ice cold air as expected when the ice packs are added. A lot noisier than expected and need to position the unit close to you to feel the benefit. Comes with an easy to use remote control.

This item is just a cheap blade free fan, the cooling doesn’t work at all. I contacted seller but received no response, I returned on the 30th July and they did not acknowledge receipt or make refund. 23rd august Amazon had to step in and refunded my money plus an extra bit for the delay, THANK YOU AMAZONDon’t buy from this seller

It’s been SO SO hot in our bedroom lately with it being summer & we were struggling to sleep so I bought this as it was on offer. Used it for at least 2 weeks now & We’ve had the best sleeps ever!It’s quieter, the air it blows is softer and way cooler than a normal fan. On hotter nights we freeze the 2 bottles it comes with and the air it blows is then even colder. Apart from how cool it is, the next best thing about it is how it doesn’t collect loads of dust like our other fan.

I bought this and got it delivered on July 23rd cus of the heatwave here in UK. I decided to give it a shot even though there were only 9 reviews at the time cus of the well made video. Love the bladeless and you can noticeably feel the cooler air. It is a little loud but i like white noise so its fine. About 2.5 weeks into using it I woke up one morning and my rug was completely wet. I thought it was because I filled the tray up to high because afterwards it seemed to be working fine. Last night 27/08/22 I was using it and noticed my rug wet again. I had to take out the rug and continued using it. This morning I saw my wooden floor all wet. I proceeded to test it at varying levels and at this point it starts leaking water from the bottom right away. It is not coming from the tray itself, but the unit is leaking water all over. Very disappointed considering this is £109. It only leaks water when the cool feature is on so in otherwords I paid over £100 for a glorified regular fan. Very disappointed for the cost and the unreliability of this unit not even lasting 30 days. The good news is, is that I am getting a refund even though I just passed the 30 day mark as it is defective. Would not recommend buying this unit.

I have not been able to check if air cooler is working, I have just taken delivery and unpacked item however ice crystal boxes are missing.Please could missing crystal boxes be expedited as soon as possible please.Many thanks Carole

I really struggle to sleep in warm weather and with summer coming up, now is about the time I would take out my aircon unit, but considering the current energy costs, I really wouldn't have been able to use it much. This air cooler is FAR cheaper to run than air-con and still gives a nice cooling effect. It isn't too loud and is much smaller than the aircon unit. It also doesn't need an exhaust.The build quality is good and it's pretty simple to use overall. The tank size is good. I'll sleep happy.
