Beautiful Comfortable easy to clean
Absolutely love these! I had to switch to faux nose rings after my son ripped out my septum. And these are by far my favorite!! Easy to put on comfortable and really easy to clean. So sparkly.

Literall Perfection!
I like that they look so real, and I didn't have to even go through pain to have it.

Nice but big
It does look pretty real but it’s kind of big too also after wearing it for a couple minutes it kind of hurts the inside of your nose

Size varies
I like these, you get a good amount for your money. I had my septum done for three years and it never healed properly & turns out it was never pierced properly so I can't get it redone. I also have a job where I can't have facial piercings so it's nice for some photo ops or going out with. Some of them bend to fit the nose better and some don't. There is a good variety for all different sizes so if you septum is thicker or thinner you'll deff be able to make some of these work for you. Some of them I don't feel at all in my nose and others it bothers me. This all depends on you obviously. I think this is a good option if you are like me that cannot get your septum done or if you want to see how you'll look before pulling the trigger on stabbing a needled through your nose.

These are a great substitute when u don’t want to commit to a piercing

Not recommended
They overall are not very comfortable and for them to fit, you have to bend them which is not very easy. Even after you manage to bend them, they tend to dig into the skin which is very uncomfortable. Even the magnetic ones seem to fit very wonky and overall look very big.

Great for allowing an angsty teen to realize they are wrong without causing real damage
I guess these are fine, I don't wear them but I did purchase them for my newly adult decision making 13 year old. She was aglow with excitement as she tried on the various styles. I smiled and waved and told her she looked beautiful (she does). She wakes up early for school the next day, spends enough time in the bathroom for me to reupholster all the furniture. After I yell out that I am sending them back, she settles on wearing all of them. She walks into middle school flexing in front of her friends who are not allowed to pierce their septums, mouths agape, the intakes of breath, the swelling of her jingling head as she turns every way to catch the light just right... The booming voice of vice principal Hammer-Drop, the humiliating walk to the office, the even more humiliating admission that they are "faux." Out of dress code. No real harm, props for trying. The real lesson was learned when she wore them around the house. They started irritating her nostrils and we had to make a quick trip to doctor to make sure no infection. Nothing wrong with the product just her fiddling with it too much. Eww. It was totally worth it to me, she had no damage physically or psychologically. She was able to make a mistake, own it, learn from it and I got hugs.Side note, they did seem to be a pretty good quality purchase for the money and she said they held up well and didn't slip around. So if you don't have Mr Hammer-Drop as your AP, go for it.

not great
Most of them don't fit my face, even if they are adjustable. if you are looking for something that is snug, secure, and not uncomfortable, then this is not my recommendation. I wish I was not past the return date.
