I didn't get around to using this CD Player until after the return / refund period expired. The Radio worked fine, but the CD Player would not work. I contacted the seller anyway and within a few hours I was offered a new unit for free or a refund. Best customer service I have experienced recently.

I teach Pre-k and we do a lot of music and movement throughout the day. I use to fiddle around with CDs and a boom box all day long and wound up with many scratched CDs and a ripped out antenna. I needed something for the new school year, that was both a CD Player and a Bluetooth player as carrying a phone loaded with songs is more convenient than a ton of scratched CDs. The fact that this player is mountable is an added bonus! Easy to install and great for keeping out of reach from my little ones. The sound is a little low, but that depends a lot on the quality of the song. All in all I feel like this was a great investment for my classroom and my sanity!

The media could not be loaded.  ***UPDATE April 26, 2019.I reached out to the company and they responded a few days later saying they'd send a new one. A month went by and nothing arrived, so I reached out to the company again. It has now been another month and I have yet to receive a replacement or have correspondence back from them again.***There's no way to reach out to Amazon as I am obviously passed my refund date just like I was prior to my first review. I certainly hope there's a way Amazon is monitoring their reviews so they can get rid of companies like this.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Loved this player for the last 5 months... It was a gift for my 11 year old daughter.Somehow the other night the CD portion to it literally just stopped working. It no longer spins the CD for the laser to read it. The Bluetooth hookup works, the radio works, but CDs no longer work. This is why we originally bought it is because she has a bunch of CDs.Originally a review would have been 5 stars because it is awesome, but after five months of use it is sad that her favorite portion is no longer working.The online description states a one year warranty, but I cannot find a way to get in touch with a manufacturer.

I loved it for the Bluetooth and how well it read scratched cds. 2 stars only because it is already broken. One fall onto a rug and it will no longer play cds

I bought this for my daughter and cannot even use it. I mistakenly waited over a month before I set it up for my daughter to use. Cannot do anything with it unless the remote is used. And the remote does not work. I even bought new batteries and the remote doesn't work. It's past the return period and now I am stuck with this thing i cannot even use. My daughter is so upset. I tried contacting the seller but nothing.

Works fine though the plastic case seems a little cheap. The three holders are all a good idea, though my wife prefers the tablet holder style one. The only real flaw is that there's no display to show what track or channel you're listening to.

I bought it to play my Cloraline CDs for practicing the bass parts. It's very useful for this, as it's easy to play a particular part over and over again, with the remote control, as it plays the selected part automatically until you halt it. The Bluetooth is also excellent for listening to anything coming from my phone. Excellent, excellent.

The product is fine but as with a few reviewers here it arrived without the remote. It's a shame because it looks good and the sound was better than expected but Amazon cannot send out just the remote however the supplier can and did

Bought this for my 6 year old daughter. She loves it. Really good product with lots of good features. We had a problem and it stopped working a couple of months after purchase but 5 star customer service and a replacement was sent straight away
