Fantastic versatile saute/casserole pan
Used this within 2 days of receiving it. Lovely pan. Arrived in great condition. Be sure to store it with the supplied plastic protectors so the lid doesn't chip it. Followed the instructions about heating for 2-3 minutes first, before adding any oil, and that worked a treat. Easy to clean, just soak for a while before hand washing. It's quite a wide pan, and of course heavy, as it's cast iron, I found it a bit of a struggle to access the second handle inside the oven, and managed to burn myself. So longer oven gloves next time!

A Bargain Dish
I use this product for almost every type of cooking. On my gas hob, in my oven, or in my Kamadojoe barbeque when I use that as an oven, with the ceramic disk fitted over the coals of course.Don't forget use plastic tools, let it cool down before washing. Obviously you have to use oven gloves when handling it when it is hot.With the current price of energy, I find that using a quality BBQ as an oven outside saves a fortune in electric oven bills. Just put a warm jacket on and get out and enjoy the fresh air, a commodity that I don't think the government are going to be able to tax.

This is great but incredibly heavy!
A great pan for gas hob to oven cooking but way too heavy, even the lid is as much as I can lift so my husband is tasked to lift it from the oven. Itβs a larger capacity than two servings so Iβm looking for another but half the size.

One pot for all things
As soon as we got this I stopped using any other pots. It's really easy to clean. I've had it for months and burnt food in it and it's yet to ruin. It is handy to keep the care instructions to make sure it lives long. The only issue I ended up with is that my induction hobs are too small to cover the whole base (it is larger than any i have seen) but we managed to make that work for us but having a "hot zone" where the ring is and a slightly cooler (not by much) outer ring that helps me control what I'm cooking to what levels.

Very useful for all kind of dishes
Arrived on time, perfect as I was preparing a chicken joint to go into the oven with a separate pan of roast vegetables,instead I browned the chicken in 1/2 tablespoon of duck fat, removed chicken and sauted the veg, adding some gravy cooked for about 4-5 mins, added chicken and rest of gravy,turned electric induction cooktop to level 2 (very low) and after 30 minutes remove lid and dinner was cooked to perfection.Saved on electricity! When cool placed in dishwashing bowl filled with water and regular dish soap.1 hour later rinsed out,perfect! High recommend
