I bought this item for my 11 year old grandson as a present. When he opened it, it Popped open so fast and with such a force that it knocked him back and put a big cut in his lip. The product itself is OK, but it should come with a big WARNING notice that lets you know of this. Since it was a present, we did not know what to expect to warn him. This really put a damper on the party, he was crying which got grandma crying and it was not a good thing.

This helps a lot with auto-landings because of the high contrast colors, it gives the visual landing system an easy target to look for. 10/10 auto-landings were spot on!! Also, it gives you some shield against dust and grass when your drone lands or takes off. Easy to store, pops up in a instant, and just throw a couple stakes in to stabilize it in windy conditions and you're ready to go.

If you ever plan to launch a drone from grass, sand, dirt, etc (and trust me, you will whether you plan to or not) this is an excellent addition to your gear. It folds up small and come with a zipper case. Never really figured out why it was 2 colors though.

Did not give this much thought when i bought this. But its a big help in practising take offs and landings. Plus keeps the dirt and grass out of drone vents.
