You can’t put this on without help
This product is impossible to get on without someone else’s help and extremely uncomfortable when wearing, it does heat up but is hardly what I would call hot even on the topmost setting the massage does work but doesn’t seem to make any difference, I will keep it hoping it might help with my shoulder pain but am very disappointed

Shoulder cup part way to large and no way to adjust
Shoulder cup part way large won’t stay in place on a teen size shoulder and no way to adjust and dose not mold to shoulder shape

Should strap
It work great once you have it on, Main issue is the strap around the arm. one handed you can get it done up but never really tight enough or in the right position.Heat and Massage are great features but make It a little bulky to wear anywhere.
