1) USB Ports stopped working after about 2 weeks2) The black top easily separated from the silver portion, it will re-assembly but it should be held together more securely. I could fix this with some super glue if the USB ports still worked I certainly would.3) The product to too large in terms of height. I do not like how far it sticks out of the cigarette lighter port, I would like it to be more compact.

The first one I got was DOA. It has been returned and refunded. The second one works OK. However, I can't use it as it collides with the gear lever in our 2004 Acura TL. (Not the product's fault)

Not only do I have the ability to charge 2 electronic devices at one time, but I do not lose the cigarette port when I do it! I can charge devices and use my GPS or anything else requiring a cigarette lighter charging port. I love it!WHAT IS IN THE BOX: One 3 in 1 car charger. No charging cords are included.WHAT I LIKE: I love being able to plug 3 devices into one port!This charger is a “zero net loss” device. I have lots of old car technology that only uses a cigarette lighter port to work. I can still use these items while charging other electronic devices because an additional cigarette lighter port is built right in!Even though I get 3 charging ports with this device, it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is so handy I actually just keep it plugged in all the time and it just doesn’t get in the way of other things.Even though it is plastic, it feels solid and rugged.WHAT I DON’T LIKE: I love this charger. I received this charger the other day and have used it daily since! My phone doesn't hold a charge to save my life so having a multi-port charger is great because while in the car my son likes to watch his DVD player while we are out and about & that usually occupies the only cigarette lighter in my truck. Great charger for multiple items. My gps used the cigarette lighter plug and I can use my ipod and cell phone in the USB ports. My car's older so I don't have an aux hookup for my ipod so I'm always using a plug for that. It also makes it neater having them all in one plug instead of having to use both cigarette lighter plugs and having chords going every direction. There is no indicator light right on the charger but I can tell if it needs wiggled if what I have plugged in isn't charging. I have a 2000 chevy Impala and I have no issues with it fitting or working in my car. It's a great little buy and I'm happy to have it.I was able to purchase this at a discounted rate in return for my fair and unbiased review.
