Classic Business Laptop Bag, Waterproof Anti theft Work Backpack with USB Charging Port for Men and Women

After 5 years of use and travel the bag is still in pristine condition and everything is working without tears, I tried many anti-theft bags but they collapsed within the first year, I LOVE this bag and looks very nice as well.

Everything is perfect only thing missing is the key for the lock.

My original review :This bag deserves a 5, it's a shame I had to deduct a star. The bag is a dream for someone who appreciates good quality finishing, neatness, style. Everything is fantastic for the price and I can tell you it's the best bag I purchased online. Didn't come in the company box (it was more like packed locally, the independent garterband was outside the bag, etc which gave an impression someone probably put the pieces together in the carton. But no complaints. Now why did I deduct a star?Two things. When fully unzipped, the bag shell falls off. There should have been a connector between the two halves on the sides preventing it from falling. Therefore do not put your laptop or loose items in it as accidentally can dropped if carelessly handled. Second and main flaw is the lock. It doesn't work (allow me to reset). It says you will hear a click sound, etc but none of that happens. I gave up. If anyone knows how to do it, please post a comment here. Overall fantastic bag.My updated review: The exterior USB port is empty from inside. I can't plug any mobile device to it. Such a shame. Sorry, have to deduct the more stars.

Not sure about some of the negative reviews. This is an amazing bag, extremely excellent quilty, comfortable, Versatile and who every said it is small, well read the buyer description and dimensions

Only issue is that the bottom part is prone to chipping as it's not cloth but rather a light leather covering that easily chips & gives a cheap look.

design is quiet good, but inside it could do with a few improvements ! e.g. >> (a) it needs more divider inside the bulky area to keep items/ cloth in place ... (light weight solution only e.g. with mash or just elastics going across or as light weight inside pocket/ devider with zipper going all around the big bulky area., (b) the pocket with the water bottle holder - is a great idea - BUT it needs to be stronger - the mash can break easily within a few weeks because all bottles have a certain weight. (c) the carabiner is to fragile and is really not strong, (d) the pocket for small coins on waist area is great, (e) the small pockets on the arm strap padding could need each side a zipper, so one can really hold some items in place. (f) the arm straps could do with a real pocket area for a phone to slide in and zip/close off !!!! (g) the back area where the secret pocket is, it could do with a strap/ wide belt strip - so the backpack can easily slide on a suitcase and stay in place, because that is an issue, plus that way it can hide the secret pocket even better. (h) the arm strap could do with a small sling for glasses, >>>> Further the water bottle mash pocket is already broken just after a few month.
