This works. Simple. It works. Instant pain and tension relief. I love how relaxing it is also. I started using it on my bed to ease into the feeling of having spikes on my back but it isn’t painful at all. You can literally feel the circulation flowing through your back and neck and head. This product is a medium sized mat that covers most of your back and a neck pillow, both with accupuncture cups. It does not go in very deep. It does not cause any pain. You can lay on for several minutes at a time. No hot feeling during/after use. It helps temporarily for pain relief. I would recommend if you want something to help take the edge off.

Was a little weird to get used to laying on at first but after a few minutes it felt great! highly recommend.
