My husband and I occasionally take melatonin to help with sleeplessness. Lately, my husband has been extremely worried about losing his job since his industry has been greatly affected during these times. Seeing him like this also got me all stressed out. Melatonin alone was not working for him anymore so we looked at alternatives and came upon this herbal product. We took it two nights in a row and it does work. I slept well and woke up feeling good. My toddler woke me up in the middle of the night and it wasn’t a struggle to wake up. It was also easy to fall back asleep once I put her down. It’s not like some sleep products where you literally cannot open your eyes from being so drowsy. Also didn’t experience any vivid dreams that some other users mentioned. I stopped after 2 days because I didn’t feel like I needed it anymore. My husband has continued to take it because it is working for him. I feel better with him taking this product then a double dose of melatonin especially if this sleep aid does the job better. We’re trying to get him to not have to take this all the time but will keep on hand for those times when it is really needed.

This sleep aid works great. I have pretty bad insomnia and this helps calm my nerves and get to sleep most nights. It’s nothing like prescription sleep drugs (Ambien, Lunesta, etc.) so if you’re looking for something to knock you slam out, look elsewhere. These are an effective, natural blend that you can feel good about taking every night. I usually stack it with ashwagandha for added anxiety relief.This works best when paired with other calming techniques and good sleep hygiene. I recommend taking them 30-45 minutes before bed time, turning off all electronics, and following a strict, relaxing sleep routine. This product will not leave you feeling groggy the next day.It does cause vivid, memorable dreams, however, so prepare for that. I love dreaming so that’s a bonus for me!Pill size is average. I had no issue taking them. Despite having valerian root as an ingredient, these have no smell.Bottom line: I would purchase these again! I recommend trying these if you have difficulty sleeping.

This item arrived fast. I purchased based on previous reviews. Pleasantly surprised the pill was odorless and tasteless. Good size, easy to swallow. Took two, worked like a charm. I felt extremely well rested in the morning ! I waa having a hard time sleeping at night and prefer more natural remedies.The only dislike I have about this pill is that it states it works within 30-60 minutes. I do feel it is delayed in time, and took me about 90 minutes for two pills to be effective. I take about twice a week and the previous three times I have taken it, every time it has taken much longer than expected to "kick in." I would definitely recommend taking this at least 1.5-2 hours prior to bedtime.

I like the ingredients in these and I really appreciate the low dose of melatonin, most sleep aids with melatonin have too high of an amount for me. This is not a bad product, I'm just not sure if it works for me. I'm going to keep taking it longer to see if it works better once its had a chance to build up.

I was very hopeful that this all natural product would enable my husband and I to break the antihistamine (not natural) habit we have gotten into to enable us to sleep well. However, it had the complete opposite effect. Not sure what ingredient was causing the problem, but we both have not gotten a good night's sleep with it. We gave it a chance but it didn't work for us. We do take a number of anti-aging supplements throughout the day, perhaps this item will work better for younger folks who aren't taking too much of anything else that may conflict with the ingredients in this product.

I’ve researched different types of supplements to help sleep (melatonin, valarian, l theanine, tryophan etc) and have trued most of them individually but this is the first product I’ve seen that literally has all of them together. That was pretty cool. It works well at putting me to sleep. My only issue isn’t with these pills it’s just with melatonin in general. For some reason it always affects me the same, I can knock out for a few hours but then I’m up in the middle of the night. Thankfully with these pills when I took them it didn’t take me long to get back to sleep. So maybe it’s all the other ingredients that help with that? I don’t know but either way I’m happy with the product. It’s nice to have in hand as a more natural alternative to sleeping pills

I've tried lots of sleep remedies from melatonin to the hard stuff. This is a happy medium. I sleep well but not so well I don't dream (which to me says it's just right), and I wake up without difficulty (which on the hard stuff I don't). Pills are huge but it's fine. The only complaint is that in some bottles a handful of the pills have come open, spilling the powder into the bottom of the bottle.

This product is a good assistance to help aid one to get sleepy. Initially in taking this pill, I didn't fall asleep right away. It could have been due to the a number of things like food or drinks I had prior to taking this but my body didn't have any effect from it. It took me probably until day four where I finally felt my body feeling sleepy. After being on this for over a week now I can say this product has been helpful. The pills are bit big like as big as fish oil pills if your looking for a comparison and I didn't taste a flavor of any kind.
