Absolutely love this cream, use it at night to help with sleep. Works wonders and smells amazing, I will keep using it.

My sister has some of this for her 1-year-old, and I was envious of the nice smell! I ended up ordering some for myself and not only does it smell great, but it actually has really improved my sleep instantly. I did some research beforehand because I know that some trendy sleep aids (like melatonin) aren't good for longterm use, but it seems like the only controversy is whether you even absorb much magnesium through the skin. And if the placebo effect is responsible, I honestly don't care. I usually wake up 3-4 times during the night on a GOOD night. When I use this lotion, it seems like I wake up once MAXIMUM, usually not at all. I don't know if it's the magnesium, the lovely smell, or placebo, but it doesn't matter to me as long as it works! I honestly might have given it 5 stars for the smell alone.That said, yes, it is an oily lotion. Which is why I don't use it as a hand creme but put it on my torso like the instructions suggest. It doesn't really moisturize, as it actually seems to leave the finger that I use to apply it feeling dry, but since that isn't why I'm using it, it isn't a big deal to me. I usually just use my favorite hand lotion after applying it to take care of the dryness on my finger/hand, and that's that. It doesn't really absorb quickly, so it's best to put it on, then wear a loose-fitting nightshirt so you don't get oil all over your sheets. This hasn't been an issue for me, but if you wear something with a tighter fit, it's worth noting. I personally would not apply it during the day due to this issue (I also don't know if it would help me sleep if not applied near bedtime, I haven't experimented).

Cream helps with rest and foot and leg cramping.

With my second pregnancy during the summer months I sleep extremely hot and uncomfortable. I used a different brand of magnesium lotion and loved it but didn’t want to pay the price it was and the shipping so gave this one a shot! It works just as well. It spreads on and has a wet/greasy feel but it’s nice because the skin doesn’t absorb it immediately and works for getting a nice little back massage as well. The only thing I wish it had was a lavender scent or some soothing/relaxing scent to it. I can definitely tell when I haven’t put it on at night because I toss and turn like crazy and sleep horribly.

I’m not sure if this was working or if it was coincidence that we got our baby on a good sleep schedule. We started using this around 7 weeks old every night. It did irritate the back of his knees. We stopped using it a few weeks ago and he seemed to sleep through the night better. Not sure if this was keeping him up or what. The smell is okay, a little overpowering and definitely can tell when he had it on. A little bit goes a long way so we still have half a container left after using it every night for several months.

I've used a competitor's magnesium cream for about a year now, and I've always just sensed I could find a wee bit better. This magnesium cream is that better! The texture of this cream is so silky, a little goes a LONG way and knocks me out for hours, and I appreciate the unscented version and how much easier it is on my sensitive respiratory system. Thankful for this brand and thankful for this find!

I have been using this product for 3 years. It is amazing! I sleep better, don't get leg cramps, and it helps with my restless legs💞 It's so fantastic that I have purchased for numerous family members too. Everyone of them love it as much as me.
