Fenugreek worked well for increasing my milk supply while breastfeeding.. I also got good results eating oatmeal and drinking chocolate malt ovaltine

Purchased this for milk supply postpartum. I used a few but I could not stand the black licorice smell and taste so I did not continue to take. May or may not help with supply I did not take it long enough to know. If you don't like black licorice I would not recommend this.

Doesn't work
Tried for several weeks did not see an increase in my supply. Went back to a different brand of Fenugreek and within 2 days my supply doubled. This product was pricey and you had to take 2 pills. VERY strong syrup smell to the bottle as well. Better brands out there that give better results.
