Perfect
I used this product for my child who is allergic to the top 8 food allergens. It’s tough to find something that I could feed him and he’s tired of my cupcakes and baked goodies. We made this immediately as it was delivered and it was so was and fun for the kids to do. Although it’s noth special, it was perfect for my purpose of just having something different to the eyes of my allergic child. Even my non allergic child ate this and loved it.

excellent taste and texture
I got the yellow cake mix and also the dark chocolate for office use. Both came out great. The complaints about gooey I read in other reviews makes me suspect they should check their microwaves. Mine came out fine in the time recommended for each flavor. I even substituted a squirt of applesauce for the oil and they still came out just perfect. I sprinkled the top with some Lakanto powdered monkfruit sweetener (available on Amazon) after baking for extra sweetness and flavor. And FYI I used oat milk instead of regular milk--no problem.

Shocking!
Whoda thunk a gluten free cake in a cup could actually be yummy? I bought one on a lark and ended up ordering a case. So you put a bit of oil and milk in the cup, mix in the powder with a fork and microwave for 90 seconds. What comes out is a warm and delicious cake. Yeah, if I could have gluten, I probably would not be as over the moon, but as it is, I am thrilled! I made a quick vanilla custard that was delish over the cake and ice cream is a good addition too. But even without any addition, these things are da bomb!!!

oh m'gosh....... warm and so comforting!
If you have food allergies or food restrictions, you will LOVE this product! It was very easy to mix up, microwave and eat all from one mug. The possibilities for dessert while traveling are just priceless! We used the cinnamon sugar and I would easily use this flavor for a warm breakfast (as a replacement for off limit doughnuts)! REALLY like it! Yummy, easy and the cost..... so very reasonable! Thanks Namaste!

Not up to Namaste Quality
Namaste is my go-to item, when dealing with multiple food allergies. I bought these for allergy girls for a bake off competition against other gluten/egg bakers, and they took much longer than the 90 seconds. But once done, they were moist and delicious. Undone, they looked gross.

Super delicious but expensive
These are really tasty and pretty infallible to make but are $3+ per cup, so if you're in a pinch, hate to experiment they may be worth it. I'll be experimenting with the listed ingredients to do a microwave mug cake that gets close, so I can save lots of $$.

Yummy chocolate flavor!
Yummy! You just add 1 TBS oil and 1/4 cup any type of milk, add mix and microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds. Don't over cook or it's dry and too spongy. It's a rich chocolate flavor, I also add chocolate frosting. When you're the only one gluten free in the house this makes having cake possible!!
