Surprised by this great machine!
I had been getting microdermabrasion facials for over 15 years until covid hit. I loved them and really missed getting them. I've always felt it made me look much younger than my age being in my later 40's. I had to take a break from them during the lock downs in 2020 and then our finances changed due to an illness. It's been almost 3 years and I started thinking why not do them myself so I started looking into machines. I was skeptical about this one because of the price being so reasonable but I have been pleasantly surprised! This machine works very well, and the suction is good as long as you change those filters as required. I've done two facials so far and my face looks healthier again already. Being able to give myself one of these facials once a week will be a treat and help my skin to look and feel better and I can do it at a fraction of the cost. My Sunday evenings have become my at home spa day lol. I do my nails, do a foot bath and then a micro. This is great!

Ignore negative reviews! Buy this!
I was skeptical. I saw reviews that made me not want to even try this or any of the others on Amazon.I completed two facials, one on my teenage son, and then myself. It worked great. Our faces have never felt smoother, pores cleaner, and glowing. Everyone is surprised to see how much glow both our faces have after removing all the dead skin and even his acne.I could see the pores getting clean and things sucking out. Depending on the tip, the level needs to be adjusted. The pressure on mine worked on the inside dial and moved counter clockwise.I hope it stands the test of time Additionally, the directions are easy and honestly I only needed to know which tip for what action I was trying to complete.I recommend buying.

Great results!
I bought Trophy Skin’s microdermabrasion machine- the first broke in a month and was replaced with another machine which broke within three months. They would not give a refund - only another machine. (Useless!) I gave up and bought this one.Much more affordable and works better in my opinion. It has more heads, better suction and longer life because you plug it in so no risk of losing the charge. The long tube makes it easy to use and there are different heads for different parts of your face and body. They only give you a sad amount of filters but I’m sure that more can be ordered. This machine will leave marks on your face if you are not careful or have it dialed up too high. Start low and practice or you will end up looking like a sucker fish attacked you. (Is that a thing?). Find a video to guide you if you are unsure how to use it.That being said, the machine is actually very easy to use once you get the hang of it. My skin is very soft and it definitively reduces hyperpigmentation (dark spots) and pore size. I use the machine weekly. Gives skin a dewy glow! I clean my face w witch hazel before the treatment and use a collagen face mask afterwards. Awesome product. I was going to the spa for these treatments and get the same results doing it myself at home.

Very good machine and I love it
I love it! Does the job and I can see a difference from the first time I used this. The purchase was stemmed from a microderm visit at a spa in my city that the esthetician barely did anything. My visit was maybe 20 minutes if that and that included a facial. I hadn’t had anything done in a couple years, I had no breakouts, broken skin when I went in and the service was just rushed. I am a licensed esthetician and barber myself, but only do hair and really needed treatments after moving to another city, thus taking a while to find someone. Well, I’m so glad that happened because it caused me to look for my own machine. This is worth every cent and I can now do my own. This, along with a new light therapy machine has improved my 50 yr old, skin damaged Florida skin immensely. I like the different exfoliation heads, extra cotton screens and the suction is perfect on all levels as I have to turn it down around my nose skin to avoid getting broken capillaries which has happened from other professional visits in the past. If you’re on the fence about this one, just get it. It’s one of my favorite purchases on Amazon.

Good one
Works just as well as my expensive brand of machine. The filters are disposable and makes the treatment cost less. Wish I had known about this before I purchased the expensive one.

Will save a ton of money now!
I've been getting monthly diamond microderm treatments for 5+ years. They cost (with a facial) between $150-180 per treatment. Recently, my esthetician lost her lease for her spa space so I was without my facials and microderm. While waiting for her to find a new location I decided I'd buy this and see if it worked or not. I usually expect beauty and hair devices to fail. Rarely do they live up to their marketing. This one is a winner! My skin looks and feels just like it does after the expensive spa treatments. You do need to know what you're doing so watch some youtube videos if you're new to this (because you can harm your skin). I figure I'm going to save at least $1800 a year. It's a good quality machine and super easy to use (again, once you know what you are doing). The bonus for me is that I have some areas that I've wanted to focus more on but would mean more trips to the salon and more money. I don't have sensitive skin so on the problem areas i can use it more frequently (every 2-3 weeks instead of the once a month I've been going). I will miss the whole spa experience but it's a fair tradeoff for me. Now, will this machine last? I don't know. I haven't had it long enough to say, but if I had to buy 1 a year it would still be cheaper since it actually does what it is supposed to.
