Easy to install and these outlet extenders more than quadrupled my work table electrical plug options giving me flexibility and a neater table top without extension cord/strips. These BESSTEN outlet extenders install into BOTH plugs in a standard outlet AND screw into the socket with the supplied long screw - replacing the existing socket screw. Easy and solid installation especially for a shop application where I will plug in and pull out cords from power tools to laptop to cell phone and tool chargers.Made of sturdy plastic construction and electrical components and very solid build - not a lot to go wrong here. A great value for $15 a pair.I have 16 feet of work table with various wood working and shop tools in table top work stations across the length of the table. There are 4-20 amp outlets across the work table - 8 plugs on the wall aligned above the table top which were not enough electrical plugs across all my work stations. Transformer plugs also limited the standard outlet plugs I could use. I tried using extension cord strips and even mounting these, but this created a tangled/cluttered mess on the work table surface and was not safe.Four of these BESSTEN outlet extenders allowed me to easily handle all my tool work station needs plus a few extra plug-ins for future additions/options even with multiple transformer plugs in use. A simple and neat solution to my tangled table top work station mess.Highly recommended to provide greater work station electric plug options - safely.

Great value securely affixes to a duplex outlet. Unfortunately, this unit is lacking sufficient height to completely cover a standard duplex outlet. You must leave your current outlet cover in place or you will have a gap.

Shorted out and blew a breaker when plugged in. This was a replacement for one that already did it. Too bad I did use this one until after the return period. Don't waste your money, this is dangerous and poor quality.

Great in-wall surge protector. I use them for my TVs and gaming consoles. It works well, what else can I say? It has red led light indicating it’s protecting/working correctly. The build quality seems sturdy. I use that in addition to my whole house surge protector.

Instantly short-circuited, burnt and melted my wall plug. DO NOT BUY!!! DANGEROUS PRODUCT THAT SHOULD BE RECALLED!!!

Unfortunately we received this unit defective.It had a burnt smell before I even plugged it in, but decided to try it anyway. Nope, completely dead. Maybe I just got a dud.
