Its asthetically pleasing to have Da-Urban's Victor around but few things needs to see before you order this.1. The back support of the chair is diirectly connected with the arm rest and nothing else so it arrests its moment when you lie and go backward. I won't call it a manufacturing fault but its a design fault.2. The arm rests are made up of quite solid palstic that may make you feel that you are resting your arm on a sharp n solid object which is uncomfortable.3. The coushin for seating is kinda cheap plastic foam.. even when you remove all the plastic and you sit you may hear that annoying sound of sitting over a plastic bag which may make u warm n sweaty.4. Wheels are rubbery n sticky on floor so this restrics you from your free movement.

While the assembly of chair was pretty easy, I’m greatly disappointed with this chair. Only reason I’m not returning this chair, as my previous chair is broken and need one badly to continue working from home.Main reason:1. It surely is not a new product and has lot of scratches and cuts on arm rest and leg stand.2. The top side frame of back rest is not aligned properly and hits your back when you lean back.3. Chair cushion is slightly tilted one side and is 100% horizontal to ground.I would recommend not to buy this product. Why to spend so much money to get a used and scratched chair.P.S. Amazon delivery was good I got it 2 days before scheduled delivery date.

I needed a change for my 10 year old office chair, so I figured I would at least get a beautiful change. Very comfortable to sit in for more than a couple of hours (my old chair caused me mild back pain after an hour of sitting). The breathable mesh back keeps me fairly cool in my otherwise hot office. Easy to follow instructions. It only took me 5 minutes to put it together. Included everything you needed to put it together. The construction feels very sturdy and like it will last. The casters are very quiet and easy to roll. I can pretty much roll across the office in dead silence if I want. Thank you Amazon for prompt delivery. Also, Metro furniture for great product.

The chair is value for money. It does the job of providing the ergonomics while I'm working from home since March 2020. The reclining back support is strong enough.The things that could be improved are:There could be some cushioning on the plastic arm rest.The cushioning of seat is thin and not very comfy for longer periods of sitting.The back support is till mid back, I guess you need to spend more money to get a chair with full back support.Rest everything is good.

I bought the chair to have a comfortable environment to work from home. However, I was deeply disappointed with the quality. The most traumatic issue is that the sharp metal edges are protruding near wheels which gave me an inch long cut on my foot. This basic finish should be part of manufacturing.Seat is not comfortable enough and I had to put extra cushion for support.Another irritating point is that whenever you move the chair creeks a lot and difficult to ignore especially during calls.My suggestion will be avoid ordering this chair. There is no option to return the chair else I would have returned it.

Update review after 1 month :-Chair is inclined in 1 position. Plastic used is very cheap. Makes lot of creepy noise and it's disturbing while working. Also once seated, it doesn't move freely...we have to push with great difficultyAlong with the complaints I had earlier, just over 1 month...and the cushion has become flat and it hurts if I sit for more than 30, 40 minutes. Such a bad product, I wonder why they sell such a low quality. At least if it had lasted for 1 year, that is fine. I'm now going with 1 star.

got this on nov 2020 for 2700 ..... good easy to assemble, was happy with it.... now feb 2021 the hydraulic piston that supports the chair height goes down automatically without any movement.... i weigh 78 kg and sit on this chair for 6-7 hours a day.... in a day it will go down automatically like 20-30 times.... now march 2021 hydraulic piston support is fully gone within 4-5 months goes down as soon as u sit .... 6 months warranty is fake as company support number no one picks up the phones or replies to email.....
