This is a very good exercise equipment. Right out the box I started to use it and heart beat was going and breaking out into a sweat... Very effective and portable, small doesn't take up space, effective and I love it so far. I Love how I can watch a show or a movie on the TV while I'm also staying active and toning my legs, and doing a workout on a machine which is very easy on the joints. I'm very satisfied with it so far. Plus you can't beat the price for such benefits it gives.... Great value

I bought this so that I can use it on days when I can't go to the gym. This is great to do when you're watching TV. I'll use this while watching a 30 min. show. I change up the workout between the show and commercial breaks. The included resistence bands are short. Since I'm short, they actually work fine for me. The links are a bit small and it's a bit difficult to connect to the stepper. When I use the stepper, I put a chair in front of me so I have something to hold on to for stability.The stepper is heavy and sturdy. It's not too heavy so it's easy to move it around and store. What I don't like about the stepper is the knob to adjust the resistence. The stepper needs to be tilted a certain way before the know will turn. Even after turning the knob in either direction, I feel like the resistence is still the same. Fortunately for me, the resistence is enough for me to do 15-30 minutes without stopping.If you're looking for a space saving workout piece of equipument, this is a good substitute for the treadmill and elliptical.

Just received today and can already feel it is going to be money well spent and very good workouts to come. The resistance level cannot be adjusted, which is something I would prefer, but the height of steps can be. Very sturdy and SUPER quiet. This is a brand I have bought before, so I know the quality is good. Love how portable it is and no electricity needed, so it can easily be moved to any room.
