Finally after a number of neckband ear phones what I needed
I purchased this product mostly for phone calls is I am on the road quite often due to the nature of my job. I have tried various other brands, Skullcandy, and two different types of MPow (Jaws and Wings). Skullcandy was the biggest flop and I don't understand why people think they are so great. They do not do what I needed, to connect to two phones at a time and the sound quality was sketchy at best.MPow Jaws were great for what I needed, though very unreliable in durability. I went through three pairs before I finally gave up. MPow Wings were a disaster from the start, you definitely get what you pay for! When I was on Bluetooth speaking with people they said I sounded like I was in a fishbowl.I shopped and thought what the heck, let's give the Exfit BCS-200 a try. While I have only had these earphones for a few days, I was impressed with the ease of pairing to my personal phone and work phone together at the same time and the quality of the calls both own my end and the person too who I was calling. Both were loud and clear! If you are looking for a pair of headphones for music, I would not recommend these especially if you are a music aficionado. If you like deep rich bass, forget it, you will not get this out of the Exfit BCS-200. For a casual music listener it might be okay, however, I use my Apple Ear pods Pro for serious music. Though for making and receiving phone calls the Exfit BCS-200 are more than adequate. I would recommend these to anybody.

Unexpected quality for low cost
Having purchased high priced headsets from other companies in the past, I wasn't expecting a 40 dollar set of headphones to have much to compare to. Fact is I was just looking to save money on a throw away set.To say I was surprised would be an understatement.Fit: The headset themselves were a different shape than what I was used to. BCS 200 fit was low profile with a flatter speaker. It fit my ear more comfortably than a standard fit without feeling like it was down in the ear canal. As I wear them to bed often, this was a plus for me. Sound quality was above par as well. I have a 300 dollar pair from a more well known company, and these I think sound much better.Battery life: My more expensive sets have normally an 8 hour lifespan on the battery before I have to recharge them. The BCS 200 have lasted me 24 hours (no kidding) before needing recharged.Quality/durability: As i mentioned I wear a pair of headsets 24 hours a day. Higher end sets have fallen apart on me. These however have been worn to bed almost every night and are in the same great shape they were when I purchased them. Higher end sets have fallen apart around the neck area and wires have been stretched during sleep. It was one of the reasons I decided on a cheaper pair. I was so impressed with this pair i bought a backup and a spare.I will not go back to higher priced sets again.

I'm very picky about BT headsets...this one is great! Love it...
I have ordered more BT headsets and returned them for various reasons. I ordered the sister product (Exfit BCS-700) and just did not like the way it sat on my neck. Slipped around - wouldn't stay in place...in the car was not comfortable with the seat-belt, etc. I use this type of headset all day for my job and am on the phone constantly. The minute this one arrived and I tried - I knew it was the right one. Lightweight, great sound even better than it's sister BCS-700. It has a thinner "back" that sits on your neck and it is made of rubber allowing it to stay in place. The ear buds pull out smoothly and retract back in smoothly. The ear bud itself is shaped different....almost oblong instead of round like the majority of them. This shape actually allows it to sit in the ear more comfortably.Color is simple black....no ugly silver trim or unusual pieces added to the set. The control as it narrows down to the ear buds are smooth and comfortable as they sit on your neck. Some I tried were top heavy and after a long day of wearing - were not a positive experience. These are so light - I forgot they were on me.At first the controls seemed limited...the "on-off" button is multi-function according to the instructions. I'll have to get used to that - my LG headset had a separate call accept button from the on-off switch. Other than that...can't give you any reasons why you would not want to purchase this little jewel. I better buy 2 of them in case they discontinue or run out of stock. LOL

Poor Voice Quality While Using For Phone Calls
I bought these to replace an LG pair that I had. The LG headset I had lasted for 5 years, were so comfortable to wear I'd forget that they were around my neck, and had good audio quality weather I was listening to music or on a phone call. The BCS-200 pair I received seemed very nice at first. The first thing I noticed was the odd shaped ear piece. Instead of the normal round ear plugs, these are wedge shaped. I'm guessing it was to make them fit more comfortably in the ear. This worked fine for me, but it was a little annoying trying to get them to fit in the ear just right, as they would fit one way and one way only. The biggest problem with the headset is the poor sound quality while using the headset for phone calls. I found them unusable for phone conversation. People I talked to frequently complained that they could not hear me and that my voice was low and muffled. Maybe the issue is more with the microphone the earpiece. The other issue I had is the left earpiece came apart on the third day I used these. It was like they were not assembled properly. I could have sent them back, but I opted to use a touch of super glue to meld the two halves of the earpiece together. I didn't have any more problems with the earpiece after the small fix.The controls take a little getting used to, as the multi-function buttons control volume up/down and the skip/repeat function. This works fine, and in a way makes it simpler to remember the buttons. But my preference would be to have the buttons separated. It's just faster to click a button, rather than click and hold and wait for the headset to understand the input.I still use these to listen to podcasts at night, but I simply can't use them as a blue tooth headset for phone calls, which is 50% of why I needed them. Unfortunately, I'd not recommend these to other buyers.
